Pancho’s birria y mas — Restaurant in Lakewood

I travel a darn long distance just to eat this tacos. There is no better tacos 🌮 than this in COLORADO. Flavor is amazing and portions are good. Meat, tortillas, salsas everything fresh every single time. It's kinda pricey but worth it.

Love the customer service, they always have a good attitude. But! There is something I would definitely change... and it's the location lol so they could be closer to me 😆

Absolutely amazing Birria tacos and the consumé was through the roof, so so amazing!!! Really delicious!!! Have tried a lot of Birria and consumé and this place hits it A+!!! We ate at the table outside and thank goodness we did cause we got seconds right away!!! The pricing is not bad at all either!!! Also tried the El Vampire and now that was different but a great different tasted so so good!!! I am glad we did not go to our first choice and found this gem!!! This place is absolutely AMAZING. Been coming here every weekend for months and it’s always been top notch. It’s always fresh and fast, never left disappointed. There apparently was a taco competition in the Denver Post recently, and I’m appalled that this place wasn’t even in their bracket. I tried what the Denver Post claimed as the top 2 in Denver and they were over-hyped and not nearly as good as Poncho’s.
