Hippie House Smoke Vape and Gift Shop — Local services in Lakewood

This used to be a great place to shop. What I liked most was the price matching. But that's only valid if the employee likes you. Recently, a new employee has been refusing to price match, even though he was told by other employees to do so. He talks to me like trash, he has blatantly refused to sell me product. He's overcharged me twice. Refused to call the other store to verify the price match. He included other customers in our altercation in an attempt to humiliate me. He's talked badly about me in front of other employees. He's just awful. It's clear he hates women. I had to wait for him to finish doing push ups before even acknowledging me.. totally unprofessional! I have tried contacting the owner 3 separate times now, with no reply. This morning, the manager told me that it would be best to come in when the new employee, Mike wasn't working. He said the best he could do was apologize and offered nothing else for my several horrible experiences. I spend close to 500 dollars a month here but after today, will be taking my business elsewhere. Beware.

Normally shop at both Canton locations but took a trip to check this store out and It was a super chill environment and their decorations are awesome. Staff was friendly and helpful (as always!) I didn't feel like I was overwhelmed by the products and everything is labeled with the QR code so you can review lab/batch results on every product so you KNOW what you are getting.

Lots of name brand products and their electronic concentrate rigs are top tier. (I love our Boost Evo!) I recommend this place to everyone. Especially if you aren't having a good time with dispensary prices for certain products.
