Cleveland Vape — Local services in Lakewood

First, to anyone browsing the reviews to figure out the store hours, it should he 8am-8pm.

If it is listed as anything different, based on my brief conversation with one of the folks that work there (name omitted for the sake of their privacy), apparently the store has tried multiple times to change it over to the new hours on google maps but it keeps on reverting back to the hours they first opened up with. I suggested it could be because of their website having the old hours listed and not being updated, but apparently they don't have access to updating the website. So whatever you see when you visit the website is just a snapshot taken by the domain. If you aren't savvy with web hosting, just know it's a decorative placeholder.

Now as for my experience, normally, due to privacy reasons, I don't like leaving public reviews. However, with all the most recent negative reviews being months old, I wanted to clear the establishment's name and provide my positive experience.

I had showed up roughly about an hour before the store was about to close and my interactions with the staff making the coffee and handling the vape shop were wonderful. They were extremely helpful when I had issues reading the different disposable vapes flavors, and were upfront regarding what products were well received vs. not as great. They even pre-emptively gave me replacement units for a brand they knew were faulty before I could even ask!

Even though I purchased already $50+ in vaping devices and coffee, I stuck around to ask about their Delta-8/10 disposable vapes. They were extremely knowledgeable in explaining how the different strains are produced, the different products they sell, and also let me know of upcoming products they were bringing in stock. I was pretty impressed and didn't mind purchasing another $40+ in items again 😂.

Overall, knowledgeable, personable, and just a great experience, one that I will be happy to return to...

They have a great selection of products for what I need. I’m very particular about what kind of juice I use and I usually don’t try brands or flavors that other people recommend because I end up not liking it. That changed when I started asking the girl there to recommend juices or asked her if she tried ones I was interested in and she always picks the perfect product for me. This is definitely best shop in the area and all of the employees are really nice and helpful and know what they’re talking about. Only negative is the prices can be around $5 more than the other places I go but I don’t mind considering I’m saving more since I’m not buying a product I don’t like and throwing it away. They are so helpful and friendly whenever I need help of any kind. When I call or email, they answer or get back with me quickly. They’re always in a great mood, happy, and it’s honestly contagious!
