I am concerned about illegal and dangerous practices at this facility. The security staff refuses to enforce the no smoking or vaping laws in the State of Ohio under Ohio Revised Code 3794.01, 3794.02, and 3794.04 because "the owner says that vaping is allowed". The owner does NOT have the authority to do so; he is openly and defiantly violating the law. Pursuant to Ohio 3794.04, this endangers the Health and Safety of the patrons therein. These actions are being reported to State of Ohio authorities.
This faciliy also allows patrons to drink to excess to the point of patrons collapsing onto the floor. Patrons get into fights largely because they are intoxicated. While security did eventually remove some patrons who were engaged in this conduct, the responsible thing to do would have been to refuse to serve such patrons any further alcoholic beverages when they are obviously grossly intoxicated.
The food there is terrible. I was not at all comfortable with the server holding onto my bank card for an extended period of time until my food was served. How do I know what has been done with my card during this delay? Charge my card for what I ordered and then immediately return my card to me. If they wish to "get my card into their system" as they allege, the card should still have been returned to me immediately.
I refuse to patronize this disgusting and dangerous facility any further. I doubt that the owner would have the class to acknowledge that he is openly violating the law. However, as he will soon find out, he is NOT...
Read moreWent to this place for the first time this weekend with a couple of friends. Good amount of TVs which was cool at first for watching the game, but our view of the place went sour fast. I asked both bartenders numerous times if I could order a couple drinks when they had a moment. Numerous times they looked at me and rolled their eyes and walked away and proceeded to serve other people. I stood there asking for over 20 mins before I gave up. My wife used the restroom and one of the guys from the bar was hanging out in the female restroom like it was just a normal thing. We let the rude bartenders know there’s some dude hanging out in the woman’s restroom and I finally got a word from one of them “uh okay.”
Maybe you need to be their little buddies or something, but I’m not sure what is wrong with this place. I’m from out of town and never set foot in there before Sunday. Had not had a single drink before walking in there, so it’s not like I was too drunk to serve. I was extremely polite and friendly as I normally am, but greeted with two of the rudest and childish girls I have met. Don’t know their names but they were working Sunday night after the Browns’ home opener.
Do yourself a favor and try any other spot...
Read moreI have never actually written an online review, but then again I've never been treated so poorly by a restaurant. There's a first time for everything. I went to this bar with a group of friends, all of us in our mid-twenties (no one was below age 24). We were carded at the door, let in without issue, ordered drinks, and kept to ourselves chatting and playing some pool. We were having a nice time, until myself and two other females in my group went up to the bar to ask for water. The female bartender then asked to see our ID's, which was odd considering that we were ordering glasses of water, not glasses of vodka. I returned to the bar with my ID in hand and the bartender tells me they don't accept out-of-state ID's. They refused to serve me WATER on the basis of a VALID out-of-state ID, which they had no problem accepting at the front door or for purchasing alcohol. Seems like they had decided they wanted our group to leave and found any reason for it, but we were neither loud, rowdy, or inappropriate on what seemed like a pretty slow night for them. Needless to say, we left immediately for the ridiculous, arbitrary treatment and will not...
