Jay and his staff always knows your name when you walk in and makes you feel as though you are the only one in the world who matters. You aren't only a customer, but you are a good friend. My wife is Jewish, she saw a dish with the Star of David printed on it. She felt that we couldn't afford it. When we made our purchase of other things, Jay's mother came from behind the counter went to the shelf wrapped the dish in paper and GAVE it to my bride. Since I come from Seattle, it’s quite a distance to travel. When I inquired about a restroom, I was told, “No restroom.” I asked, “Where do you use the bathroom if you don't have one?” The guy said, “There are restrooms at the park.” I told him I just got here from Seattle. So, if I have to use the restroom at the park forget it. I left the store without buying anything including the baits.
