An item was priced incorrectly and I showed the employee who said they would honor it she just needed a manager. The manager then tried to backtrack and even implied that I switched the tags. She was carrying an attitude the entire transaction and tried to refuse the price correction. I stated that at my employer and anywhere else I've been in the price is not labeled right, we make the price reflect the mislaid cost for the customer and fix the tag after, the customer shouldn't pay for our mistake. She then sneered that she would have to try that on a car next time she buys. Very poor service from the manager. The 2 employees were great and understanding though. If you ever need a gift for someone, this is the place to go. For christmas or birthdays it has every sort of nick nack and trinket imaginable. At one point in the store my girlfriend found a shelf of little animals and just started collecting them, grabbing everything she could hold. They have incredibly cute stuff and you can always count on this store to help cross off a bunch of people on your list with just one stop. The one short haired woman that works there is kind and a joy to be around. The other one with the bob was beyond rude- telling my children “Wanna play a game? Let’s see how long you can keep your hands in your pockets.” Don’t do that ever again. It’s not cute and it’s extremely rude. My children are lovely and walked around the store responsibly- as they were taught.
