My husband and I came here when we started the hunt for nursery furniture. It was so nice to be able to look at furniture in person, so we appreciated the baby section in the store. Despite the section being relatively small, that was definitely a positive, so it earned Raymour and Flanigan a few stars.
Now onto our salesperson. With the help of Tom we found a recliner that fit our needs and matched our nursery vision. Tom was very professional, helpful, and able to connect with us in various levels. We appreciated his help and enjoyed working with him. 5 stars for Tom!!
The trouble came when it was time to pickup our recliner. We opted for customer pickup, since it was one small recliner and it wasn’t worth the delivery fee. When we were checking out we were told that we would schedule the pickup day and “someone would have to help lift the item.” That made it sound as though one person with some muscle was needed. We received a call that the chair was in and we had until 7pm to pick it up. We arrived a few minutes after 5pm, went to the customer care desk, checked in, and we were told to pull up to the curb at the customer pickup doors. They said the chair would be brought out, we would check the condition, and then sign for it. We parked at the curb around 5:10pm and proceeded to wait for over 25 minutes and nobody showed up. My husband returned to the customer care desk at 5:35pm to check in again. The employee looked at him and said “why did you wait so long to come in and ask?” Given that we followed their exact instructions, we didn’t think we had to remind anyone to do their job. The customer care employee was clearly upset and immediately contacted a manager. The manager came over and asked my husband if he wanted to sign for the chair at the desk. My husband said “no, I am not signing anything until I see the chair and have possession of it.” The manager did not seem thrilled with that response and pointed my husband back to the customer pick up area while he went to get the chair. The manager finally brought the chair out on a dolly, parked the dolly on the sidewalk, and looked at us. My husband and I, mind you I am 4 months pregnant, had to load the chair ourselves and the manager did not offer to help. If this is their policy, that is fine, but that was not stated clearly at any point in the purchasing or pickup scheduling process. Again, we were told someone would have to HELP to load the item, not that we would be responsible for loading it ourselves. The manager did not apologize for the delay or any part in the terrible pickup experience and certainly did not offer any sort of compensation for the mishap. He simply asked us to sign and returned to the store. When it came to signing for the chair, the chair was completely boxed up, meaning we could not actually see if there were any marks or issues. The only way would have been for us to tear apart the box and put the chair on the sidewalk. That was definitely another flaw to the pickup system. We were so disappointed in how the entire pickup process went and that nobody was even the slightest bit apologetic for things not going smoothly. I truly hope that this doesn’t happen to any...

My mother and I stopped by today to shop for new furniture and we were fortunate enough to be assisted by Denise, who made the entire process seamless and enjoyable.
Denise was absolutely amazing. She was patient, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about helping my mother find exactly what she was looking for. With her guidance, my mother purchased two beautiful living room pieces and a full dining room set. What made the experience even better was that we happened to shop on a Black Friday Sale event, which meant incredible sales that made our selections easy to decide on and even easier to afford.
Denise went above and beyond to explain everything about the insurance options, shipping, and delivery services. Her detailed explanations really helped put my mother’s mind at ease and we left feeling confident and excited about her new purchases.
The store itself is stunning. It’s very well-organized, immaculately clean and beautifully designed. As someone who has been a loyal Raymour & Flanigan customer for over 10 years, I can confidently say this is one of the best showrooms I’ve ever visited.

We purchased a sectional in 2021 from a different Raymore and Flanagan, and when we did, we also bought the Platinum Protection Plan, which was worth it! We filed a claim recently utilizing the protection plan and were approved to replace the sectional, as ours was unfortunately discontinued. We went into this brand-new amazing store in Park City Mall. The store was clean and large, and the layout was easy to navigate.
The manager, Kerry Deim, was terrific to work with; he was patient, worked with us, and tried to help us find exactly what we wanted. He went so far as to assist us with creating a computer model of our living room utilizing a large screen in the store so that we could place a virtual couch to see how it would fit (which was super helpful due to our limited space). You could tell he truly wanted us to leave there happy (considering this wasn’t a new purchase; it was a warranty exchange). Unfortunately, we were short on time and had to return the next day. Again, Kerry met us with a big smile and was happy to pick right back up again. We found exactly what we wanted, which worked perfectly with our space. When we left Elyssa Plaza from Customer Service was just as kind and helpful in setting up the removal of our old furniture and delivery of the new furniture.
