I’ve bought at least 6-8 different pieces of jewelry from this business and multiple of them have broken. I went in today to get some more rings to replace the broken ones and I was treated horribly. I checked out and walked out of the store and immediately went back in after trying to put my rings on and I hadn’t realized the rings I bought weren’t a 3 pack but they were actually all connected together. I walked back in and asked to exchange them since I thought it was a pack of 3 separate rings and the lady who had just helped me treated me like I was stupid for assuming they were separate. I thought they were just held together by the tag on them. My partner was being followed around the store and they took my bag to “check it” because they assumed I was stealing from them. Read moreI had the best experience with Silver Moon Gallery a few weeks ago. I have a large ring size (size 11) and most boutiques don’t carry it. I voiced my concerns to Holly, the lovely sales associate I worked with and she immediately pulled out a tray of my sizes! She answered all of my questions with ease and eagerness. She was calm and welcoming while I tried on rings and picked her brain. I ended up going with the two beauties listed in the photo below! I highly recommend this store for high quality jewelry! Read moreBought a ring 120+ been a customer over 30 years.. couldn't do anything for me no replacement to fixing nothing had it a year do not buy anything that is not sterling .. told me after a year + of wearing it was not there prorblen really do not buy from there designer collections you will be stuck with no replacement or even compensation .. don't care about customers only lining there pockets .. really sad !!!
