Soma — Local services in Lancaster

After running all around the mall for three hours my daughter and I ended up at Soma. Trying to find a strapless for a very last minute prom invite. This is always a challenge to find the right fit. The lady who helped us was speedy, kind, knowledgeable and checked on us every few minutes in the dressing area, bringing other items in the colors she knew we were looking for that she was unable to find at first without us even having to ask. Their selection of strapless far exceeded style options elsewhere. And we found two options she was satisfied with. Then with ten minutes to spare til closing, and items in hand , I had suddenly realized my daughter (who had taken off for one more last minute stop elsewhere in the mall) had my phone and wallet. The clerk encouraged me that we had “plenty of time” as I took off running like a crazy person to two places to find my child and back to the store one minute to closing (and embarrassingly out of breath) where they patiently were waiting to check me out with a smile. (No premature gating of the store before closing, which has never sat right with me ) This store has great employees, as a rule, from my previous experiences shopping there in the past and last evening was no exception. Thank you for your inclusive store and kind customer service for what can be a very stressful shopping trip, for a teenager, especially. Here on out, this is stop #1 when in search of the right fit and a friendly person...

Soma is a great place to shop for bras! It is a smaller store than Victoria Secret, and not as many options, but the staff is friendly and makes sure your bra fits great! Recently, they had buy 2 bras for $69. I stopped shopping at Victoria Secret because every time I went in there, they would fit me for a bra and my size was always different. Soma confirmed the size that I thought I was, and I am really happy with my purchase! I've read that some of their bra styles can run smaller or larger, so I would recommend going into the store to try the style on and get fitted, just in case...

Really enjoyed my visit today at Soma in Park City! I was greeted and assisted by a lovely employee named Cassey. I could tell Cassey was working alone and super busy helping all the customers in the store, but they were fantastic in helping me find my correct bra size and picked out a bunch of styles for me to try on. They also checked on me periodically throughout my visit to make sure everything was great :) I purchased a few bras I loved. Please give...
