BEWARE! To say my experience was horrible, is a complete understatement. I went into the store to return one shirt ($18.83) and exchange another shirt ($23.03) for a different size. Both shirts were bought online with a 30% off discount totaling $41.86. When the girl was checking me out she did the return and exchange all in one transaction. I left after receiving my receipt and a different sized shirt. It wasnât until I walked out of the store did I realize the cashier failed to return ALL of the money that was owed back to me ($18.83) for the shirt I returned. Instead, she only refunded me $8.96. Stunned that I was ripped off, I returned to the store and confronted another employee about the return. She then told me to wait for the same girl to checked me out before to return to the register. I then confronted her about the return and told her that she shorted me money on my card. She then tried to explain to me that she could NOT do an âeven exchangeâ since I returned the shirt IN STORE and the price of the exchanged shirt would cost me the original price ($32.90)! Shocked that she failed to bother explaining this to me to begin with, I told her I would not like to keep the exchanged shirt since I was tricked into thinking I was actually getting an even price exchange. She then returned the shirt and told me that I could not receive the full $32.90 I was originally charged out of the returned items since an exchange would be âfinal saleâ. Somehow, she gave me back $8.96 when I returned the exchanged shirt (didnât make any sense to me at all). I told her it was unfair that she would cheat me out of the full amount of money I was owed. Her and the other employee did not fully understand how to return an online item for an even exchange and basically told me that they couldnât do anything else to resolve the situation! They failed to offer me any number for corporate, nor call a supervisor regarding the blatantly obvious issue. Both of the employees felt comfortable letting me walk out of the store ripped off and dissatisfied. I left and immediately called the Windsor customer service number and told the operator, Brianna, how poorly the entire situation was handled by both of the employees. Brianna immediately told me that the situation never shouldâve occurred and worked hard to resolve it. I honestly would never shop at any other Windsor store after my poor experience if it wasnât for Briannaâs help. Windsor has excellent quality clothes so to have this kind of an experience in their store was very disappointing for me. If you dare to enter this store and spend your money here (god help you), make sure the cashier gives you the right change/amount on your card back, and do not let these employees steal money from you. Iâm sure Iâm not the first customer...
Read morehad a horrible experience here, almost cried because of how rude the manager was to me. on tuesday i purchased a dress for my graduation there was no tag on the dress when i bought it; the cashier scanned a tag from another size of the same dress. later, i realized she forgot to take off the security tag. i went back in on thursday to get it removed, i had my receipt and the dress still in the bag. however, the woman at the checkout said she wouldnt take off the security tag because i didnt have the tag still on the dress. i never received a tag, even if i had, i wouldnt have known to keep it because this policy was never stated anywhere. i asked if there was anything else i could do to get it off, she said âum like look up a youtube tutorial or something.â she wasnât willing to help me get it off at all, even though it wasnt my fault the cashier forgot to take it off. i left the store and my mom called to see if there was anything we could do since i paid 60$ and had my graduation the next day. the same woman answered and was very rude to my mom, she was adamant about not removing the tag. i would have included her name in this review, to warn others, but when i asked for it she refused and said she didnt have to tell me. after this, i called customer service and the lady was very nice. she informed me that this was NOT their policy and she could have taken the tag off since i provided my receipt. she contacted the store and told them to remove it for me. i went back in and the manager had completely changed her attitude. she removed it and said âi just couldnt approve the removal on a store levelâ which isnât true since it wasnât even their policy⌠she easily could have recommended that i call customer service or looked up the purchase from the receipt. instead, she told me to try a youtube tutorial. this is no way to treat a paying customer. i hope she faces some repercussions for her horrible customer service. she had blonde curly hair, glasses, and tattoos, working at the park city location on a thursday evening on june 1st. thanks to the kind customer service lady who helped me sort this out even though...
Read moreI use to love shopping here especially last minute because I could always find what I needed! Last time I was in I was shopping for a birthday vacation trip but the fitting rooms were closed. I asked that if something does not fit am I able to return for a refund & both of the employees told me I had 30 days. Three items including shoes did not fit & when I returned the items the manager proceeded to tell me that I could only get store credit because the refund period was cut of at 14 days and I was 2 days late! I told her that her employees told me I had 30 days to return the items for my refund & she said âwell 30 days is for store creditâ. Which is completely unfair and manipulative for the company to do when I asked how long I had to return the items and was told only 30 days, nothing about 14 days for a refund & 30 days for store credit. & to top it off I was only 2 days past the cash refund deadline. The manager was clearly on a high horse & now I will never drop another...
