I cannot express the satisfaction of our visit to this Verizon store. From the moment we walked in the door, we were welcomed, respected, and taken care of quickly with a difficult phone situation. Stacy, the store manager, helped my husband and I pick new phones, get all of our information loaded into the new phone, and worked through a difficult situation with one of our old phone’s touchscreen not working. My husband and I do not live in the LANDRUM area but had heard of this store’s great service. We drove 120 miles on our way to our mountain retreat to stop in to get our phones.here. We were in the store about two hours from start to finish and observed many other folks coming in and all were welcomed and taken care of promptly. We have used many Verizon stores over the last 20 years and have never received service like we did at this one. THIS is the big store where my hubby who works near this store goes for problems & to pay our bill. I called looking for this phone. This phone is going out to be retired even though this was one of the most popular phone which had so many things that were a positive aspect on this phone. So I went to Landrum store where there was 2 of these. I got there on Friday afternoon and had the best sells associate to help me. Shawn answered all my emmediate questions. I was having trouble with my Gmail app on my Moto phone after its latest update and it wasn't working and nothing I did could fix it - I took it to my Verizon store and was greeted by Lisa - I told her about the problem U& showed her and asked her to work the Verizon magic on it. She played with it for a few minuted and voila! It's working!!. I asked what did you do and she said nothing you didn't already do. So see - magic.
