Lazy, non-efficient, and degeneracy!! Employees and upper management don't care about quality service or making customers feel welcome! Last night I was told to cancel my order because the chicken wings were frozen. I've never canceled an order nor do I know how to do that. Next that same employee proceeded to tell me the employees aren't familiar with the app. How do you work for a company and are unfamiliar with mobile orders or the app?! Why should I have to cancel my order because the employees were underprepared and decided to not thaw or cook any wings an hour before closing. The employees wouldn't even let me substitute my order for something that's the exact same cost. The app claimed a $15 credit would be immediately available and it wasn't available until the next day. Okay I give the same popeyes one more chance and came to visit in BROAD DAYLIGHT IN THE AFTERNOON. I placed another mobile order (because if a company has an app I feel like I should be able to use it) and why was half my order missing?! I was told they don't do any of the flavored teas and lemonades anymore. If that's the case why does the app and website show these drinks you claim aren't available. Someone needs to fix that. Also when I pulled up the the window, I wasn't asked if I wanted a drink. The employee waited until I brought up the fact I'm missing a drink to inform me they don't have any of the drinks I wanted. Fine whatever I got a different drink. Finally, I get halfway down the road and realized my red beans and rice weren't in the bag either! How do you forget my side?! If the employees are literate, then the receipt clearly said "red beans and rice". I'm so done with this popepes in particular and possibly all the popeyes. Degenerates and horrible service every time I visit a popeyes. I'm paying for quality food and service not to keep pulling back up or questioning employees about why my order is wrong and/or incomplete! The app is horrible as well! I should be able to email or call a customer service representative or corporate not just talk to a robot in the chat who can o ly offer "points" or "credit". It's not about the refund it's about the service and quality! Speak up and give honest reviews about this horrible location! I'm tired of popeyes employees taking about chicken is frozen an hour or two before closing! Stop hiring lazy, clock riding, and not caring employees! Is this a fried chicken establishment or a kick back spot for your employees?! I thought this was Popeyes not McDonald's or any other establishment with employees that could care less. So I called the store and told the manager she should take the rice off the shelf is spoiled and she said to come back but with work traveling couldn't make it back. But thank you Mary for offering to replace it and being a pleasure person on the phone. The other lady dont need to be working in customer service. One thing that's not cool dont bring your problems to work if you dont like your job then find something you like noone is forcing you to be there. It's not fair to ppl that work hard and shop there where you taking our money and you having nasty attitude. Read morePitiful experience with the wraps. It's supposed to be a chicken tender, at least the False Advertisement on tv shows the chicken hanging out. I basically spent $10 on two wraps, one may have had a boneless wing in it, the other only some crust. I ordered one classic and one spicy because the spicy is usually too hot. It took two bites to even find anything with chicken flavor with only one bite with any kind of sauce, Ranch or Spicy... I live close by, but you've robbed me for the last time and I'll tell everyone I know. And why do i have to beg for napkins? But in hindsight there was Nothing to wipe off my face or hands.
