I was in the store today 12/11/17. I had bought a pair of earing for $60. Then I asked a question they said some earing. Were on BOGO free. So then the so called owner looked at my earring. Then said the price is wrong sorry she couldn't sell them and took them back and have me my money. She didn't honor the price it wasn't my fault. So the original price was 79.99 with discount came to 60 and the price they had to put which was correct was 179.99 like really. She said some one has return them because they didn't like it and they didn't change the price. So in other words maybe this other person used them for a day or 2. Then came to the store returned them and they put $100 more on the price she it was returned. Bad Customer service my parents have bought their jewelry here for over 20 years and now never coming back. Don't come and get scamed with a BOGO when your not getting...

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!...If I could give this place a “zero” I would! I walked in with high hopes thinking I would walk out with a wedding band but walked out very disappointed. I asked the gentleman if they had a ring sizer because I was curious to know my size. Instead of answering my question he turned away and murmured something to the lady behind him. She then turned her attention to me and told me they don’t measure your ring finger unless you buy a ring. I asked if I can try a ring on, and to my surprise she said “No”. I honestly thought I said something wrong, so I asked “So I can’t try a ring on unless I buy it?”. Her response was, “No. We don’t do that here.”....so again don’t waste your time go elsewhere...

My cross on my chain broke I went the to the store to fix it and they only took 10 MINUTES and gave me a free cleaning and a discount because I bought from them I have been with them for 10 years 5/5 stars...
