This place was the worst takeout I have ever eaten in my life. My family and I ordered Wonton Soup, Lo Mein, Chinese with mixed vegetables and some steam dumplings.
The food was utterly vile! The Wonton Soup was like drinking sewage water and the Wontons in it were so disgusting I can't even begin to describe the taste but it felt akin to pet food. It definitely tasted stale and the meat inside was gross. Chicken with mixed vegetables was a joke! It was chicken with at least a hundred onions and maybe a carrot or two. The dumplings were awful as well and the Lo Mein was the only slightly edible thing as the rest was thrown out.
On top of everything else after eating (mind you we threw out the Wonton and Chicken with mixed veggies as they were inedible and disgusting.) we felt really sick afterward.
I will never eat here again and would advise others to stay away as well. Easily the worst takeout experience I've ever had, bar none.
Notice almost all the 5 star reviews have nothing written on them and if they do, it's like 2 words. Super suspect in general and not believable. Food is...
Read moreThe woman who took my order when I was there a few weeks ago was absolutely wonderful. She spoke to me beyond just a customer she even told me to be careful going home because I was older and it was very hot outside. I lived not far from there anyway but it's one of the first times I ever tried the place and felt satisfied with my order. I believe they are friendly restaurant it's a takeout only, but I was treated well and I just thought I would leave a review I thought the food was good I love a foo young that's my favorite. And even though I live on Bridge Street in Drexel Hill I still can take a walk up there every once in awhile and treat my hubby and I to a nice meal. I...
Read moreThis Chinese restaurant is average, with good but not great food and a nice lady at the counter who also does most of the cooking. However, service is slow and the atmosphere is depressing. The wait time is longer than estimated, even with pre-orders, since each dish is cooked one by one by one person. The restaurant is devoid of life and sitting inside is mind-numbing. It's better to go during the day when there's outside traffic ambience. There's a nearby competitor, Hong Kong Kitchen, that's much better and worth going to instead. Overall, not...
