Bought a laptop, and printer 1yr and 2 months ago, talking to the clerk I was understanding that we were adding the protection plan on the laptop (covers drops, spills theft) but it was put on the printer instead. Computer was dropped and screen quit working. Tried to file a claim and it wouldn't go through. Went in and talked to the manager and her only resolution was that I had to buy a new computer and she'd add the protection plan on for free ($20) however I paid $350 for the computer over a year ago and she now wanted to charge me $500 for the floor model that was the exact same model, wouldn't honor the price I paid for it before, first off I think its trash that I should even have to buy a new one, who drops a printer, they just sit in a corner 99.9% of the time. It was supposed to be on the computer but to charge me $150 more for the floor model is horrible business, I suggest taking your business elsewhere as this store is greedy and dishonorable. Less than a minute later, another staff member approached and asked if I needed help with anything. The store itself was clean, organized, and free from any odd or irritating smells—which was definitely appreciated.
I spent a few minutes just browsing, and during that time, a third employee asked if I needed assistance. While I do appreciate attentive customer service, at that point I started to feel a bit rushed. I was only there for about 15 minutes, just looking around, and would’ve preferred a little more space to explore on my own.

I called corporate and spoke with a supervisor he said that I was correct and should've been refunded for 2 boxes. Now I'm waiting to see what will happen with this situation. Sad that I have to go through all of this to make things correct. I was told on 6/30/25 that a district mgr would look into this in 24-48 hours and I still haven't heard anything yet.
