My fiancee and I were looking to go out for a late night meal, and from the moment we arrived, our service was outstanding. We went in there with an open mind, because let's be real here, it's a brand new business that had just opened up recently and which gives opportunities to people to have a job. Those people may have never worked in the food industry before, and may not have the experience that it takes. But again take into consideration that it is a brand new restaurant, and so people may make a mistake or two, but those people are still learning on how to do their job correctly and sufficiently. We were seated in a both, and this waitress named Amanda came and took our orders and was very professional and on top of that she was very friendly. There was also a waiter named Aaron that would occasionally come over and check on us, and we'd exchange a few words, he was also very friendly. I can honestly say that I have never had a better waitress or waiter at any other restaurant before coming here. The food itself was top-quality, my fiancee and I ordered and shared some fried pickles and wings. I've been to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Lake Orion and in Flint, so I know what to expect when it comes to the overall cost of the food. Since this was a Thursday night, they were still running their Thursday special which meant that the sauces were sixty cents extra, because the wings were cheaper. That was fine by me, because the special was for wings only, the sign didn't say "wings and sauce" at a reduced rate. Our bill was not over-priced, it came short of twenty dollars, and most restaurants can cost an upwards of forty dollar for two people. Upon arriving at the restaurant and placing my order, I eagerly anticipated enjoying some delicious wings on the house. However, to my surprise, when the time came to redeem the promotion, I was informed that their system was down and they were unable to process the offer.
What frustrated me the most was that I wasn't informed about this issue until after I had already finished my meal. It would have been greatly appreciated if the staff had communicated the situation to me beforehand, allowing me to make an informed decision about whether to proceed with my order or not.
While I understand that technical glitches can happen, the lack of transparency and communication regarding the problem left a sour taste in my mouth. As a result, what should have been an enjoyable dining experience turned into a disappointing one.
Despite this setback, I must commend the staff for their professionalism and attentiveness throughout my visit. However, I hope that Buffalo Wild Wings takes steps to improve their communication with customers in similar situations in the future.

Read morePlaced an online order and was told the order would be ready at 5:30 p.m. I arrived st 5:42 p.m. and upon checking in was told that my order was not ready because they had not received any online orders and that they would need to see an email receipt to ensure that I paid. I obliged and then was told to tell them what I ordered so that they could make it. I told him item by item what I had ordered and even physically showed him my order from my phone and observed him take note of my order...or so I thought. I Ended up not receiving "my order" until shortly after 6:30 p.m. and was told before I left to check it to make sure everything was in there. Good thing I did because they missed an order of chicken tenders, fries, and milk for my daughter and another order of fries for my wife. So again I had to wait for the items that should have been ready at 530. When we got home we discovered that my wife's guacamole burger was actually a bbq brisket sandwich. I should have taken the top bun off instead of seeing a sandwich and assuming it was correct. All in all it took longer to pick up an online order then actually dining in would've been and there was no refund, no discount, no coupon nothing, just a whole lot of irritation and children left hungry and wating at home.
