Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Lapeer

I literally used to visit this Tim Hortons daily on my way to work. Service and quality of items has continued to go down hill. I understand they are busy and short staffed but there is no excuse for their inconsistency. I get the same thing every time I go....small iced cap. Sounds simple, always used to be simple. Now it costs $3.59 and sometimes it's icy, sometimes it's straight up liquid and more times than not it's completely unconsumable. Like this morning when they handed it to me and it was so dark it looked like chocolate with froth on top (see pic). I had the same exact thing happen last week. I should have went in and complained but im on my way to work and dont have the time and I also don't like to complain when it comes to people who may mess with my food. Is there no training on how to make these drinks so they are consistent? About a month ago I went and when they handed me my drink it had "call me" with a phone number written on it (see pic). Very unprofessional! I also don't care about tattoos and piercings, personally I have them too but a lot of the staff looks like they haven't even showered in quite some time and that is very unappealing when again, you're working with peoples food. Will not return, I've wasted enough money...

We come to this particular Tim Hortons every weekend because there aren’t very many options of coffee places around, and we do like Tim Hortons coffee more than Starbucks and McDonalds. We always get a coffee and something else as well. This particular Tim Hortons is always dirty, always running out of an item, and the team members seem to never be organized. It seems they have more staff than any other Tim Hortons that we visit but they still can’t get it together. Nobody knows what the other is doing. It seems like total confusion there. However, the last time we went there was a younger gentleman helping us named James. He was polite, got our order right, and was really quick with it. The staff there are not professional, most of them don’t know how to greet their customers properly. The floor, counters, and tables are always dirty. We almost always see something laying around that we saw the previous weekend visit. Hopefully you don’t have to use the restroom while you’re there. 9/10 times those are dirty as well. HORRIBLE! I THINK THESE PEOPLE ARE BRAINDEAD! They had no idea how to subtract Mayo from a sandwich at the register so they asked the sandwich maker who heard my order repeatedly even before asking. The kitchen monitor wasn't working and the sandwich person decided to play with that instead of making my food while I stood there looking stupid. Finally the sandwich person looked up again and said, "Oh, are you waiting for food?". Ummm yes you were just involved in the no mayo conversation 5 minutes prior and I'm the only person standing there. Then they have to ask 3 more times what it was and if I just wanted mayo on the side .... I SAID NO MAYO, NONE, DONT INCLUDE IT! Finally makes it and... Turkey, side of mayo... My God. Yes it's not on the sandwich thankfully but c'mon! The first lady couldnt even figure out how to get iced tea. By the way... Tea is CLEAR! How you either ruined tea or mixed it with coffee I'll never know. There are clearly issues here. The few people here all have complained. I'd fill out the survey on the receipt but I didn't get one.
