I can't believe this place get's so many high reviews. This is my dealing with this business since September 2024 I bought a refrigerator it wasn't coming in so I went back in and was told by the sales person that I could get a different brand in the color that I wanted for $10 more so I said go for it that was the beginning of October. So again no refrigerator I called and kept getting the run around because on 4/16/25 I went to Home Depot and they showed me on the computer that there were none of those refrigerators and they weren't being made anymore. I got a refund on the refrigerator but they didn't refund the $10.60 that I paid for the other one I selected so I was told that I should've been charged a 20% restocking fee I said for what there's not even one of those refrigertors to be had and there not making them. She refused to give me the refund so I told her that I would do a review on my dealings with this place. First of all I should've been told the truth from the get go I have a fridge at home that's costing me money to run and there playing games and lying about these refrigerators that there coming or I don't know when well who does know and why can Home Depot see it on there computer that there are NONE! So after 6 months I'm still without a fridge. I want others to be aware of this place if you ever have any dealings like this don't trust what they tell you. I did find the same fridge at Sargent's they had three in the warehouse if I would've been told the truth much sooner I could've had a new fridge already!!!!!!!!!

There reply is just what I thought it would be. First of all if the fridge was a special order we weren't told that. The first time we were in there it was going to take time to get it but was never told that it was on back order. It just seemed ever time I called there was another excuse. Yes we did decide to go with the white but that didn't even come in come on 6 months to get a fridge give me a break. Good local business. The staff was friendly and worked patiently with us on our purchases. They were accommodating with a store credit and were not pushy. Four stars because there is always room for a little improvement. The service charges were reasonable; but they were not fully clear in what they included resulting in small incidental charges. It was not clearly detailed that pulling out the dishwasher was a separate charge, then hauling away the dishwasher is another charge, then installing the new one is another charge. Since we were paying for the install I assumed that it included pulling out the old one, but not hauling it away. My husband could have easily handled pulling out the old one, especially since we were the ones that hauled it away. :) Also the install was a little rough. It wasn't fully secured and it was off center. Opening and closing the door actually caused it to slide back and forth. We didn't bother calling because my husband is a handyman and was able to fix it. He completed the install by leveling it and screwing in the brackets properly. Now it doesn't move at all and the dishwasher is so quiet. That being said I would still purchase from them because they were all great people...

DON’T BUY OR USE THIS COMPANY’S SERVICE REPAIR!!! I made an appointment with their service department and I had to wait ten days, because the service department was on vacation. No problem. So when my day of service came up I waited all day for them to arrive. Not only did they NOT show up, they didn’t have the courtesy to call me. This company is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! My suggestion is to stay completely away from them. I wouldn’t even buy from them, they probably wouldn’t deliver you product on time. Since they didn’t have enough sense to call me , I would assume that their delivery department probably does the same as their service department. I definitely suggest that you NEVER call their service department. This company is the most UNPROFESSIONAL company I’ve ever dealt with. If you want to avoid a headache and a waste of your valuable time, STAY AWAY! If you have to drive a few extra miles or pay a few dollars more, it’s worth it. Reeds Appliance is a horrendous retailer and probably the worst in the state...
