This is an edit to my original good rating because I used to like eating here, family friendly prices, nice portions and pretty good food too.
Then when the pandemic first hit and there was little known about the Covid19 and still no antivirus available for the high risk people like me and my wife, he provided no methods for safe distancing for carry-out orders or dining in as well. The owner/cook wore no mask or gloves etc.. He was literally breathing all over the food and touching it during preparation.
This was not acceptable for us at that time and he was visibly angry when I canceled my take out and requested a refund. In fact he was quite loud and I couldn't understand what he was saying, not speaking English all the time he was mouthing off to me.
I also did not like his display of inappropriate political signage out front. Nevertheless, after he was done ranting, the waitress was kind and gave me the money back.
Note: After about 2-3 years I went back, forgive and forget right... Unfortunately their prices were now raised to a point that I turned around and left, don't appreciate price gouging either.. went from the 1-10 dollar range per person to more like 10-20 dollar range...
I suspect he had to raise the prices to make up for loosing a lot of regular customers due to his lack of respect for his customers health and the negative political sign out front probably didn't help...
Read moreThe worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life. The waitress... blonde hair. I believe her name was Kristen... something like that .. She is absolutely awful and don't need to work in customer service if she can't be even a little bit friendly. Everyone had bad days but come on... Wrong is wrong. She even made it a point to crash into my friend that just got out of surgery and has four incisions on her stomach, on our way out. She never Came to our table one time. Never filled our water and we asked if hashbrowns we're included in our omelette, the menu said toast and hashbrowns... She said no I don't get them, they are inside. Which most places do do that but they give you the option or let you know first. so anyways I paid almost $20 for an omelette and toast and horrible customer service by the snootiest rudest person I have ever encountered in my life. I work retail that says something. Do better. I love your food I come here almost 3 times a week..... I was very disappointed that one lady.. ruined...
Read moreI went there last Saturday around 2 pm. The restaurant closes at 3 pm that day, so we felt hurried to finish our meal when they started mopping floors around us! Very rude. My steak was cooked to order, but the onion rings were overcooked. There was no onion left in onion rings, just burnt batter. I had a gassy stomach the rest of the day. I don't think they change their fryer oil enough. Our server was rude. She sharply replied that they had "no lemons" when I asked for lemon water. She also sharply replied "we have no soup," when I asked. I would have left her a small tip, but the owner, I'm assuming, cashed out the check so I felt obligated to tip 20 percent for a snotty waitress. I noticed the outside windows were very dirty when the sun shone through. It also looks like there is a huge hole in the window facing the road. Is it a projectile of some kind? Place...
