Worst furniture store, please go somewhere else!!! I want to start by saying that I have made 4 purchases and the 4 items were damaged. Let’s begin, when you are in the store the sales person (all of them are like this) are always so friendly, nice, and willing to help. They make false promises that if anything happens to the furniture they will go out of their way to help you. Obviously, once the purchase is made it all changes. All the 4 pieces of furniture I purchased were damaged and/or something was wrong. It was an incredibly hassle to try and have them fix/replace the furniture. I even asked for the managers/director email and it was never given to me. They would take days to give me answer, and the only reason I got an answer was because I called myself. Oh and they make it very clear that there’s no refund what’s so ever. So if you still make the mistake of purchasing here like I did, I want leave some tips so the issues that I had won’t keep happening. Most importantly so they won’t keep taking our hard worked for money.
Always check your furniture after set up. Do NOT sign the delivery form until this is done. DO NOT keep the furniture at your home if it’s damaged. And I literally mean any little damage that is not suppose to be there. They will turn around and say that it has been siting at your home for a while and policy states that if it’s been long enough they won’t be able to replace it. And of-course, they DO NOT mention this to you before purchase or on delivery date. They don’t mention at all, period. Another issue is that only the store is allowed to change delivery date on you. When they were supposed to deliver the REPLACEMENT furniture I had to cancel due to an emergency with my child. Their quick answer was that I had rescheduled multiple times and due to furniture being at my home for a long time they are not able to replace the damaged furniture anymore. And like I mentioned above this was never mentioned to me and if I would’ve known, I would’ve never kept the furniture at my home to begin with. Saturday delivery. When it comes to choosing the delivery date they expect you to be there waiting at home all day for them, literally. Being that we are both working during the day (Monday-Friday 8-5) we choose to have delivery on Saturday they did not call at all during the day to give me time estimate. On the contrary, I had to call for updates. They ended up delivering my furniture until 8 pm and not one curtesy call that it would take this long so I could’ve run errands. Do not purchase furniture if you are a household we’re both members work. Delivery during the week (Monday -Friday). This was the second delivery, keep in my mind i made 4 purchases. I asked due to my previous weekend experience if they can leave my delivery until the very last delivery of that day due to our work schedule. They said that if I chose a specific time they would charge (I can’t recall the amount) and even at that it’s not guaranteed it will be delivered at that time. So like I said not very helpful for family that both parents work M-F 8-5. They do take a while to get back to you when you report that something is damaged and you have to be calling and calling to get answers, so this will take a lot of time away from you. Hence on why it is important to not keep damaged furniture at your home no matter what false promises they make.
I really hope no one makes the mistake of purchasing from here but if you do, please don’t let them keep getting away with selling...

9/21 - made purchase and was told of the items was in stock at the warehouse and remaining items will be delivered in less than 5 days.
9/27 - called store to follow up on order and was told items were backordered and delivery will be by 10/11. I requested to talk with manager since this was not disclosed during time of purchase and they wanted to charge a 20% cancellation fee. Manager tells me items will be delivered by Wednesday 10/2, even if it had to be in partial deliveries and apologized for the sales lady “error”.
10/2 - I called to request an update and manager tells me that order will be delivered by Wednesday 10/9 (the latest) since manufacturer combined deliveries. For the inconvenience, they offered a 5% discount.
This is absurd and it now seems the manager and store kept extending days fictitiously to keep the customer “happy”.

The Bassett love seat and sofa only lasted 1 week before the back caved in and they refuse to take it back. Luis the manager lies just to make a sale, they deliver broken furniture and if you let them drop it off at your house they won't take it back because it was delivered.
That's a lie, I went and talked to Luis in person and he did say that he had the new replacement for the love seat but he refused to install it because I had the dispute. I even told him to go and look at the love seat and he refused. Don't tell me he did try to resolve the problem because he refused to resolve this issue.
