First, lmk apologize for posting this on the wrong CFA location. This is meant for the San Dario location (I-35). But you’re not allowed to post multiple reviews.
My experience today was average. Congratulations CFA. Is it me or does CFA today feel just like any other drive through. From the last half dozen visits or so, it’s almost like CFA is just living off of their reputation. Kind of like McDonald’s and their ‘once upon a time’ best fries. First off, CFA (I-35) forgot part of my family’s dinner order. So this affected two family members… my wife & myself-for having to spend an extra 35-40 mins in the car. The other issue is something that’s happened 3 of my last visits. The soda carrier was leaking soda… on my pants and on my passengers seat. Thanks a lot. A reminder of mediocre experiences. .
When I get to CFA (I-35), I explain what happened to one of their team members. And how I’m not only missing dinner, but my wife is sitting at home watching her fries get cold, along with my meal getting cold. The robots (including manager) at this location were just pushing buttons and stuffing bags.
So, I get the sandwich and head home. Not an extra fry so that at least her meal would be warm, not a cookie to say sorry for the mistake. Not a thank you, or sorry for the mix-up. What we were left with was, my wife with microwaved fries. And I was left with a cold meal. Very much lacking any sort of positive...
Read moreRodrigo Vasquez isn’t just an outstanding Chick-fil-A employee—he’s the heartbeat of the entire restaurant. From the moment you step in, he brings a level of energy, kindness, and professionalism that feels almost unreal. His greeting is warm, genuine, and instantly sets a positive tone. He remembers names, favorite orders, and somehow manages to make every interaction feel personal and important, even during the busiest rushes. Rodrigo doesn’t just meet the standard for great service—he defines it. Watching him work is like watching someone do exactly what they were born to do.
What sets Rodrigo apart isn’t just his efficiency or attention to detail—it’s the way he lifts the entire experience. He anticipates needs before you even voice them, checks in with a smile that’s 100% real, and treats every single customer like a VIP. He doesn’t just serve food—he creates moments. The team clearly respects him, and you can see how his leadership and positivity ripple through everyone around him. He’s the kind of person who makes you walk out thinking, “Wow, that was actually amazing.” Chick-fil-A should clone this guy. If every business had a Rodrigo, the world would run smoother and feel a whole lot better. I love this guy and hope to come back solely for...
Read moreWorse one in Laredo, that’s for sure. I love chickfila, and it took a while for me to post this. I NEVER post any type of review, but there’s always an issue with this chickfila so I feel compelled to post this review. My suggestion for them is to have better training for employees, to hire better employees, and to make sure all employees are detail oriented. Too many times I’ve gotten my order wrong, and with items missing. Employees don’t seem to know the difference between a small ice cream cup, and a kids size one. I’ve been kept waiting in line as if I had ordered something when I simply asked for more sauces. They literally asked my name for my order, when I only needed sauces, and had to wait to get my “order” aka sauces...It was ridiculous to say the least. The iconic “my pleasure” that the chickfila team usually says, isn’t said all the time on this one, and the service tends to get inefficient during rush hours. The morning team is usually better than afternoon and evening. Overall, their employees need to be better trained or better managed. I really hope you all address these issues, I love chickfila and all of this has really...
