Taco Bell — Restaurant in Laredo

The staff is always polite when I'm there on the weekends, and they make the food very nicely if my order is delayed for some reason they always make sure everything turns out perfectly fine the compliments are definitely deserved, also, I don't know if anyone there has access to who manages the app for this unit, but it would help if they could start preparing the orders I make on the app when I select "pick up ASAP" without me having to tell them I'm there to pick it up It's the only place that does it like that, I forget to let them know I'm ready to pick up when I first walk in, which delays...

By far the worst one. We love taco bell but always regret coming here. The bathrooms are filthy. Not just one but many occasions they have been unusable. All tables are usually dirty. The staff didn't acknowledge anyone at the door. It would be forgivable of it was busy but as I looked to see if .y order was ready. The team were watching videos on their phones. They were not rude. They were polite but that is what earned them a 1 star. Been giving this location a chance for 3 years...

10-19-21 9pm I ordered through DT. Guy at the drive thru seemed displeased I paid in cash, ordered chicken quesadilla, Chicken chipotle melt, two bean burritos, two Doritos locos, two of the new cheesy melt tacos, and three regular beef tacos. Only received the burritos, the Doritos tacos, one cheesy melt, and two of the regular tacos. And of course they never gave me the reciept. Stay away from...
