Whataburger — Restaurant in Laredo

They charged my food (drive thru), and they charged the wrong order. They asked for my card to fix the error they did. It wasn't fixed they just charged my card twice( charging my food and someone else's food). I would not have known if the honest employer (Erika) would have not told me what had happened. I got off the fix the order because they couldn't figure it out. I walked in asking to speak to a manager, and I said, " I need to speak to someone who knows what they are doing." Apparently, I offended 2 snowflake teenagers. One girl under her breath said, " I hate when people walk in thinking they are all that." I ignored her comment. The 2 girls started arguing with me, saying how I was rude for making my comment. Well, hell, if I was getting robbed $$$, I would like the problem resolved. Manager (Jorge) needs to learn to step up and handle the situation and his employees and not have 2 teenage girls argue with the customer or w/him. Overall great place to eat, only issue which all whataburger tend to have is that if an online order says to dine in then plz serve it on the plate and once your customers check in ensure there food gets delivered to there table and not sitting on the open while it get cold, same with your fries there already cold im asking for new ones and I still get pushback that they just came out yeah 20mins ago on two online order to dine in and to top it guy were told about onlines and instead of trying to find out it taking dude left...
