if only burlington knew how many times we, among other people have left the items to go home because of the atrociously long lines... they would know much they are losing. they dont seem to care, as this has been ongoing for months. for how much you underpay your workers, i would assume you are able to hire enough to have more than 1-2 open cashiers out of the 10 that are built, on a weekend during peak times. its a discount store, we dont expect the best quality, and some items are good house decor finds that you sometimes cant find anywhere else, but spending 45 minutes to pay an item you dont really NEED completely ruins the experience of finding...

It takes some people, like me, a lot of effort to find a “ride” to a store and now I have to go back to take them off lmao!!! I did call the store to inform them of the situation and their response was “wow the sensor machine didn’t go off”. I explained to Blanca, Burlington employee, that I am lucky enough to have a caregiver that helped me get them off (those things are tough) but reminded her that not everyone is as lucky as I am and with worst disabilities than I do. I was looking at vanity chairs for my bathroom and the sales lady was rude and told us “get off the chairs!” I told her ma’am we are checking if the chairs go down to 27 inches cause we have measurements and as I was talking to her, she walked away! When I walked in, people were trying on coats and all that but I couldn’t sit on the chair to check if it reached my bathroom counter??!! What a horrible way to treat customers!
