I love Gabe’s. I’ve been here several times with friends and family. The prices are great, and I love the wide variety of clothing and other items they offer.
However, about a month ago, I had a disappointing experience with an employee named Danielle. While my 6-year-old sister and I were walking toward the pet supplies, Danielle brushed past my sister without saying “excuse me” or “sorry.” When my other sister spoke up and let her know that her behavior was unacceptable, Danielle chose to argue back and forth instead of apologizing or handling it professionally.
Every other time I’ve visited, the staff has been friendly and welcoming, which made this encounter even more surprising. I come to Gabe’s to spend money and enjoy myself — it’s disappointing to run into an employee who doesn’t seem happy to be there and treats customers poorly.

Instead of welcoming me to Gabe’s she assumed I was stealing from a store?..that I love to spend my money on since with the amazing prices of things there Kelly needs to be fired this isn’t her first time being disrespectful and rude it’s her second time and when making a assumption of me stealing she then proceeds to walk away as if she did nothing wrong with a disrespectful attitude towards me. Read moreNew shopping place!!! Reminds me of Marshalls or a Ross. Big selection of clothes and different items. However, return policy is a lil ridiculous. I took off the Gabe’s tag ready to gift it and realized I got the wrong size. I returned it a day later and was told I can’t returned it because I discarded their tag. I was thinking maybe I could do an exchange with the same exact product since they have it on the floor currently. They still said no. So I went ahead to call Gabe’s customer service and they said they will give me a one time exception. Lesson learn keep their tags!!!! So you can return it.
