My dryer finally died and the wife and I had been planning on buying a new set soon anyway, so I decided to go check out the place and see what they had. Store had a few different models, all good brands such as Samsung and Kenmore. So no weird brands you've never heard of or cheap knock off's. I settled on a pair of top load decent mid-range Kenmore machines.
Prices were very fair, about what you would expect from any big box appliance store. I was very happy with the 120 days same as cash! Most places will only do 90. They do have in-store financing for those may need to pay it over a more extended period of time and may not have access to credit otherwise. Early buy out and other options to help you out and avoid interest payments.
The staff was fantastic! Even though they had a person out today, they made sure that I was completely taken care of. I was impressed that they are thoughtful enough to offer a drink right when I came in which was a nice touch. Absolutely no pressure to buy and they were able to answer any questions I had.
I worked directly with Deriyun McGee who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. As someone who deals with clients and customers daily in my line of work I know what to expect from a customer service professional, I would give Mr.McGee 5 stars personally. Even though he was very busy trying to juggle multiple tasks he did not neglect me once. This is a man you need to keep around. Let him show your new employees how you take care of a customer, if I was a the owner I would absolutely invest in him as a asset.
Not very often that I would classify a shopping experience as "fun" usually I go begrudgingly because I have to. I didn't mind waiting a bit as they had a nintendo switch set up, which was fun try out if you're into video games.

They came at 2 Oâclock the general manger of the location showed up to my girlfriend house with an attitude , remind you the customer service female made my girlfriend do all the paperwork over the phone because she had to work and couldnât be home to sign paperwork and she told her just have someone home, I waited at here house for the tv to be dropped off , first the manager had this entitlement attitude then he was a Caucasian male losing hair , and probably miserable at home probably a racist , so he saw how I looked and was like she has to be here and sign paperwork he was very hostile so I told him relaxed , once he went his truck I called my girlfriend and said this is not company we should be dealing with so I went down to his truck see if there was a problem had to check him and teach him about proper etiquette. And I ask him to get the owner on the phone and I thought as a general manager you can do that because we are trying to do business with your company and he is giving us a hard time he said he couldnât do that and gave us some email. We tried to call the store to complain and the lady hung up on my girlfriend multiple timesâŠthis is the same woman calling nonstop to make sure we got the tv but once we got into with the general manger instead of her standing up for what is right she wanted to keep her job and not get fired so she decided to be unprofessional like her general manager and hang up on my girlfriend, I donât think anyone should buy from this establishment especially if your black Hispanic or any males with tattoos . I have to update this review, since it won't let me delete it. My experience went from great to poor. My order ended up not being what I was told it would be and I had to substitute the mattress I was supposed to get because I was given the wrong information, even though I asked repeatedly if it were correct before leaving the store. When my bedroom was delivered, it came with the wrong mattress and that's when I found out that the information I had was incorrect. After the gentlemen delivering the bedroom furniture called the store and I spoke with the manager, I then had to agree to a more expensive bill that I had originally been told in order to get the mattress I was supposed to get from the start. The mattress I was supposed to get wasn't in stock or available from any of the other locations, so I was told they could have it within a week and they would leave me the one they brought out to use until my mattress came in. After two weeks and two more delays, I had them come and take the entire bedroom set back to the store and I bought my set from a furniture store with a payment that is right around 75% less per month than the monthly payment was here.
