I order pizza @9:15 on the app paid for it. I did not tip because my son pick the pizza up. My total was $21.38, however I was charged $25.38 and I was also charged $21.38 three more additional times. So my twenty dollar pizza cost $90 when I try to speak with the store manager she said she could not find my order and told me their just a franchise and couldn't help me. I then resort to calling customer service complaint line and their rep kept telling me I did this to myself when it's impossible to pay for the same order once it's been paid so I asked for a supervisor who also agreed this was impossiblen understood my concerns and told me she would have the district manager contact me regarding this matter. I was very surprised to receive a call from the district manager who I explained everythg to n agreed it wasn't my fault it sounded like a system glitch and I would have wait for everythg to post to my account 5-7days. She was very nice. But the matter was still not ok with me after posting I was charge for a tip I never agreed upon. And I closed my debit card for these reasons. I felt I was still at risk. I had my receipt n my box receipt all say $21.38 not $25.38 they did not deliver the pizza my son actually picked it. No tip was required. The pizza was ok. Read moreI was a shift manager here. Upper management had me fired for job abandonment when I was told three weeks prior that I was already fired due to an attitude from a lower level employee. Manager put me on the schedule after telling me I was fired so that way he’d have a legitimate reason to terminate me in the system. This store is full of mold, roaches, poor sanitary procedures, and very poor management. Their pest traps are covered in waste and full of mold but haven’t been changed. The ceiling is falling through and has actually fallen on top of me and another junior manager. The area manager doesn’t know a thing about the company and is trying to run it with the help of cooks and junior managers because he does not know what he’s doing. I would not personally eat from here due to the FACT that I know how things are made. Old dough is never thrown out, expired product (specifically veggies) is being put onto your pizzas. I say all the time and have said since working there that I would NEVER fed this “restaurants” food to my child or anyone else’s children. I’ve been working for this company for four years and I have never in my career worked for a Pizza Hut as dirty and disappointing as this one. From the store itself to the managers running it. Cancelled order cause it went through 3rd party delivery service, 3 different individuals showed it was in route multiple times. Cancelled for a refund and had to get something else for dinner in route to work. Peyton said I had been refunded, 2 days go by without any refund, so I went in person to see GM, it had not been refunded yet. She is apparently the only person that can authorize refunds. Long story short never once was offered any compensation for my loss. Called spoke with shift manager Randi, I informed her that I was now out of my money, her quote to me was sounds like a budget problem excuse me, budget problem. I paid for food I never received and had to buy food elsewhere. Never order delivery again and the issue I have where’s the customer satisfaction here. Told it’s a budget problem on my end, really!! And that when she can’t afford to eat she makes PB and J. She later apologized to me for her comments to me. Very disappointed that she had the audacity to state something as to such. I worked 2 hours for food I never received in a timely manner, and refunds are a joke.
