Rent-A-Center — Local services in Largo

The location 1380 Missouri Ave N Largo, Florida 33770 has an outstanding group of employees. In my experience nothing negative can be said about my experience with the team here. How ever my experience with my auto payment will more than likely prevent me from returning at this time. Unfortunately when hundreds of dollars over your agreed payment are auto removed from your account and you receive a payment log for only the payment due amount not the couple hundred extra that was removed. No one can explain or give you a clear plan or estimated time for correction it would definitely prevent future purchases. 70 hours later and numerous hours invested you are the one having to follow up because there still is no resolution and it is quite disappointing. Once again each employee at this location has been above and beyond this is not a direct issue with the location.

Well...... Week 2 that they have removed almost 5 times the agreement amount from my bank account. Yet I only get a receipt for the agreement amount. No explained reason, no one still can answer my questions as why this is happening. It is all good though I went ahead and just paid the remainder of the contract and removed all access by Rent-A-Center from my bank account. As much as I enjoyed the employees at this location. Especially Nick during these last 2 weeks and their excellent customer service another company will get my business on...

Do not rent from this location I got a cool Mortal Kombat game and the customer service was awesome at first down to my very last payment of $65 the calls became harassing somebody showed up to my house even after I spoke to employees Rob and Angel they put a lot of pressure on you they're not considerate of your situation they charged my card weeks later and put me back but didn't want to work with me on my last payment when I told them I would have it on the 26th of August and my contract was up in September I kept telling them it should be same as cash while I understand they have their own policy but the harassing calls the poor communication the not understanding customer situation not helping customers get an extension or even helping customers with the last payment was a no for me I will never rent again from them matter of fact I will never probably rent again in my life this was my first time and...

wanted a king bed.went to store on seminole blvd. one bed that was set uo for display.sat on bed and it fell down. saw a king bed that i liked.they delivered bed and set it up. the second night we were in bed and it also fell to the floor.called rac to complain they sent someone to fix the problem and it was determined that the frame was not compatible. bed was set on the floor until they could order a king metal frame.after two weeks of having box springs and mattress on the floor found they never ordered frame for bed. we both have back problems which we conveyed to them.eventually we had them to pick up the bed.even the people who came to pick up the bed were baffled as to why it had been set up without a center piece to support weight.REAL...
