Communication was awful before and during the field trip. The staff/volunteer "red shirts" were extremely rude to both students and staff. They were confrontational, disrespectful, and escalated behavior issues. The experience was poorly organized, oscillating between having nothing for students to do and having 4 things for them to do at once without clear instructions. I was very disappointed in the whole experience, and especially in the attitudes...

It’s was great experience and I would definitely go again but sadly our power went out and places like the bank didn’t really get to do anything be cause of this but other wise it was so fun I loved it . You should try and go...

I love this place and went as a kid, I am now a parent myself and unfortunately my daughter will miss the field trip. Can you tell me if there is another way to get her to be able to experience this???????
