All 5 Elements Kava Lounge — Restaurant in Largo

So I’m gonna go in depth about this place… I’ve been coming here for years… I’ve worked with the manager Zach for 2 years at Mario’s on Madeira beach and I’ve had incredible experiences at this place. The past 2 month has actually destroyed my perception of this place over the years… the owner Chris isn’t good at confronting problems head on… he just gets upset, starts shaking and runs away… I’ve literally had customers curse me out and management didn’t do anything but rather allowed one customer to curse out another. This happened on 2 occasions. When I worked with Zach he would make up things to control me without actually being mature enough to have a conversation. The last week I was asked to leave the bar because “I’m scary and a narcissist” per the owners exact words. When I asked everyone that works there what the exact actions were… not a single one of them could tell me exactly what I did… knowing Zach makes up things for control tells me the very same thing occurred over the past week… although I would have recommended this place a couple months ago… the past two months have been nothing but betrayal from people I’ve thought were family… showing me that people here at the drop of a hat will stab you in the back and not think twice about it. Great place to meet open minded and heartfelt people who are helpful and understanding. All while enjoying a non alcoholic natural beverage that lifts the spirit body and mind. Chris the owner is a great person who puts his heart behind his business and offers great intuitive advice as he brews you a drink or potion. Great place to find events you don't see elsewhere like sound baths or group meetings and enjoy or play music on an often open stage setting for all to use and enjoy. I love their teas and they have some of the strongest and best kava and herbal blends in the Tampa Bay area. Nothing but good things to say about the employees, owner and interesting people you can meet here. Will and Zach are great servers who are intuitive and informative about the beverages they offer. As a business owner. It’s a pet leave of mine when a business is supposed to be open and they are not. The sign is blinking open. Both google and Apple Maps as well as the sign on the door say it’s supposed to be open at 10:00 AM. Yet the door is locked. I can hear music playing inside so seems like someone is there but after knocking repeatedly and still no answer I am extremely upset that I’ve taken my time to come here. Wait a little out of grace and still walk away without a product. This is the second time this happened so they have permanently lost my business.
