The key word being "Overstock". Most of the inventory of the store is stock from other stores, and have stickers from those other stores on them. It's like someone's giant garage sale. The food products are several years old, and inedible. Once bought a guitar and amplifier there.. the sound was awful and the amplifier barely functioned. I recently bought an expensive item, which turned out to be very used and defective. Brought it back the next day, the manager claimed she was not the manager and told me should could not refund it. I came back again, she WAS the manager, and refused to refund it, and threatened to call the police and file trespassing charges if I did not leave. The elderly employees there are quite hostile. Their pricing is also strange. For instance, I recently bought a brand new pickaxe from Home Depot for $24. That is a 3 foot handle with 5 pound double-sided pick and axe. I bought that because the handle on my old pickaxe broke. H&H Overstock has JUST the 3 foot handle for sale. I expected to see a price of perhaps $3. They wanted $22 for it! They have a scratched large aquarium there for $55.. with no warranty. A brand new one with warranty is $60 elsewhere. The bottom line is.. they sell off-brand knock offs, used defective junk, factory rejects, and very old stock from other stores that have gone out of business. Even that would be fine IF they refunded unusable, bad items - which...

This is what happened…
I am going to keep this short and sweet because google refreshed and it erased everything I had already typed up and I am already frustrated.
I purchased a Frigidaire Microwave from this company. The box looked like this (see below). The microwave exploded. No one was hurt and the only thing damaged was the microwave itself. I can’t blame them for the microwave, I’ll contact Frigidaire for that. But I can blame them for their lack of taking it back and then accusing me of making false claims. They also threatened to report me to eBay. GO RIGHT AHEAD. This is probably the last time I buy from eBay anyway. I spent $360 on a microwave that exploded and the seller won’t take it back. They said contact the manufacturer and see what they can do (basically too bad, so sad). And eBay was terrible in helping me contact the seller to begin with which caused us to finally make contact so late. Anyway…don’t buy from this company because clearly they sell faulty appliances and are not willing to take it...
Read moreDon’t buy from this company. I bought an range hood for over $1700 with shipping and they sent a much cheaper product. I contacted them and sent pictures. They asked for pictures of serial and model number, I delivered. They then asked for more and more pictures until I contacted American Express and had my money refunded. They finally sent an e.mail to say a freight line would call me for pick up and if the hood was damaged in anyway they’re charge me. The freight line had the wrong number and after a week I kept trying to contact this seller again eventually giving them my number and e.mail once more .The freight line finally called but I didn’t have the shipment information so I had to call and get all that emailed to me so I could return the wrong hood that they sent. Extremely bad customer service after almost...
