Very impressed with the great Customer service over the phone the night before 7 minutes before closing. Arrived the next morning explained what I needed and was assured I could pick up my shirt by 4pm. Still very impressed. Decided to place an order for another shirt. Pressing for time owner assured me both orders would be ready the next morning by 8am. Arrived 8:30am the next morning to orders not completed and owner no where to be found. Two gentlemen there kept throwing owner under the bus and attempting to complete my order while making me feel like they were doing me a favor. (No team work; you should never put down your business partners; so unprofessional). Received text from owner that he was 5 minutes away, that he overslept. Over sleeping happens but my order isn't ready. I trusted this company to deliver great service for my Son 9th Birthday party that was hours away. Will never do business in the hood again. The order took 3 weeks to recieve, at which time I was told "Sorry I just Forgot About You!" Even though I was patient and assumed my order took lower precedence than larger orders, but No! They just forgot. My 8 hats were rushed to me by a kid (yes a kid) quickly and sloppily operating an expensive and large machine which he later told me was not his primary job. "I really do the screen printing bro." Needless to say I was patient but I was disrespected on top of the service being trash. Its sad I work for my money. A refund was denied to me...
