Checkers made my break amazing 😋 👏

PG County must do better!! It is the summer time 😎 and in the summer we want ice cream, ice cold drinks and good food. I had been in the salon working all day so I said let me go to McDonald's and get an ice cream cone🍦. Me and my son pull up he wants a McFlurry they are advertising a new sweet and salty one. Immediately I am met with no greeting and I am told our ice cream machine broken. 😡 I am so irritated 😤 so I ordered Michelle quarter pounder meal, some nuggets and an pie. I look on the glass to see if there is a number to call the General Manager 🤔 of course not.😏. Hear me out guys. The McDonald's that is literally down the street from this one is being demolished and they are going to rebuild. The McDonald's is the better than this one. However, this is the best opportunity to show that they are the best and the Failed epically. At A time where their competition is down they should have made every effort to reel in customers. Anyway, I get home guess what? There is no bacon on the sandwich and no pie in the bag!!! Don't go here it's a disappointment. So I didn't get a greeting, the ice cream machine is broken, you don't give me my pie and you forget the Bacon!! Smh

Checkers did not disappoint!! First off yall know I am a Cookie and ice cream monster. 🍦 🍪 😋 So you know how big my eyes got when I saw that Checkers had a Brookie with ice cream!!! I pull up and I was greeted with Good afternoon 😊 I said I will have 2 of the Brookie with Ice cream. I also ordered a small fry for Michelle because McDonald's made me go to another store! so her fries 🍟 were going to be cold. Anyway! Checkers held me down. The Brookie was nice and warm placed on the side of the ice cream. Yall it was delicious 😋 me and Nigel were so happy our toes in our crocs were twinkling as we ate it. The only issue is it's almost $4 yall and it's small it's not enough. But God knows we don't need no heart attack in a cup. So the portion is just right, I guess 🤔 lol. Anyway head over to Checkers if you want great customer service, your order to be fresh, hot tasty and their ice cream machine works!!!!

No stars if I had my way. Worst drive thru experience ever. I ordered my meal on 09/17/2014 @ about 8:30PM. Was told the price. I pulled out a $20 bill (Meal cost about $10) and handed it over to the lady at window. She returns my meal and some change. I ask her the price of the meal because she gave me the wrong change.I was short by almost $4.00 dollars. She goes away. Another AA lady ("assistant manager") comes over and says to me rudely "what is the problem" . At first I was taken aback by her behavior and attitude and the tone with which she spoke. I asked her the price of the meal. At first she acted like she couldn't understand my question mind you I spoke clearly in English. I asked again the price of the meal before taxes. She quoted a number . I then asked her why the receipt that I was given did not have the price of the meal like most fast food restaurant receipts. She told me they were out of ink and then said that I could return the next day for the receipt since it was that important again to my surprise. She starts screaming at me . Another black male shows up who is the 'manager" and advises me that I need to hurry up that I am holding up the line and asked if I wanted the food or not. He then says if I don't leave he would call security. At this point I couldn't believe the action of these ghetto acting employees. I returned the meal and asked for a refund. I left and told them they will be getting a review from me at the very least. I will never set foot in any checkers establishment again and I will be sure to tell everyone my experience.

The staff and employees need to understand what customer service is all about and learn...

A very terrible experience for me from the food to the managers please throw the whole store away. So I leave checkers last wednesday thinking i have two good double checker burgers with cheese and fries and of course that was not the case. In fact there was only on pattie with no cheese and the fries tasted like they were cooked in old grease. I couldn't even enjoy my milkshake. So i called the store number on the reciept and talked to a female manager who ensured that i was going to get a remake because i worked at the post office up the street and couldn't get the remake that day. So today i called up to the establishment thinking it was written down and recorded for the future like i was told and another let down occured it wasn't. In fact i was told that the establishment has 30 female managers, there was nothing they was going to do to satisfy my meal not being on par and on top of all that I was hung up on after i asked for the managers name. All in all bad business please bypass this location and...
