UPDATE! Now it's 9th days and I have still NO my medicine. I called the pharmacy and after a long wait finally, I was able to talk with someone. No, not too long because she put me on hold to check when I can get my medicine. After another 17.47 minutes I used my another phone, surprise, surprise!!! she picked up immediately but my first line was still on hold. Oh yeah. She said, my medicine isn't there (9 days) . I asked, if any other walgreens i can pick it up? She put me on hold again to check another store. Well, after 10 more minutes to wait, I gave up and I called the corporate office and filled a report. I wasted 1.23 hours....
I believe this is the worse pharmacy in Tampa Bay. First of all the staffs are rude and they change pretty often. Recently an older woman (technician)was hire and she is horrible. Extremely rude without knowledge. That is the privilege if the pharmacist answers your question. Tha atmosphere is icy here. Only one person ( I think his name is Mark) has a friendly and helpful attitude. Unfortunately, I heard, he is leaving this store.... Anyway, last Monday I ordered my refill and I was told to pick up Wednesday around noon. My medicine was not ready even Thursday nor Friday. I asked what happened with my medicine since it was order in time? Well, they forgot to order as I got just a partial for the weekend and maybe, just maybe I will able to pick up today or tomorrow. That is nonsense! These people play games with elderly and ill people life. I read many 1* reviews here and it looks, nothing changed lately. We the customers have to handle humiliation and neglect service. I think, it's time to make report to the...
Read moreI was very disappointed with my visit. I am new to the area and I am sorry to say I will not go back to this store (103 Indian Rocks). I was looking for a certain item that was online priced differently than it was in the store. Understandable, I can buy it online (while I'm actually in the store, mind you there's a $3 difference. It's kind of a thing these days) for purchase for pickup but there's a minimum of $10. However, I'm in the store. Currently. There is no reason the manager should not give me $3 off to appease me. She did not care about her job. She did not care about her appearance. She did not care about my opinion at all and quite frankly I want the Walgreens company to know that I have been so disenfranchised that I won't probably frequent a Walgreens ever again. I'm not sure who this manager was if she was a needed manager but she was unaccommodating at best. She told me if I left the money on the counter and walked out however the store manager or whoever was in charge by the photo department. She was obviously very unhappy with her position and her job and did not care one bit about my concern. The way the transaction was handled left me with a very very bad taste and I am a local. I live three blocks away. This is...
Read moreService is horrible. Had an awful experience through the pharmacy drive thru. This blond older white lady was snippy and so, rude. I had scheduled a COVID appointment online for my boys and somehow it replaced his name with mine. All the other information was for my son. My older boy was tested. I parked and called the toll free number and they did notes for it. They said to try talking to the pharmacy manager and showing my sons medical card. I went BACK around, the lady glared at me and I told her. “They said to ask for the manager and show them his card to see if that would work “ the pharmacy manager was even MORE rude than she was. He didn’t allow me to speak at all. He kind of snapped at me and said he couldn’t change the information because it was going to the state department. I would just have to do it again. He was tall, white and loosing some hair. I can understand it can’t be done but as a manager?? You lack empathy and most of all manners. Talking down to people, because you are in a position of power? Sorry not sorry , but I am not white 🤷🏻♀️. I am Latina but we all deserve some respect, especially if you have been nothing but respectful to...
