He took the time to walk us through options on our wish list: He knows the brands he recommends. Make sure to work with him. Phone calls were returned; emails answered – same day, with hours! He sent us home with a complete set of literature to help prepare for installation. Yes, due to supply chain and Pandemic delays, it took several months for our high-end appliance package to arrive, during which David kept us updated. And when the projected delivery date arrived, so did the appliances! One recommendation to future customers: Make sure to follow David’s instructions on electrical connections – especially if you choose to upgrade to the latest convection ovens. We just received our new Frigidaire upright freezer today 8/22/2024. Builder’s Source is highly recommended for all your appliance needs. These folks are the epitome of professionalism and both deliveries - washer and dryer in April and our freezer today - were completed with optimal care. We ordered a Wolf cooktop and a hood vent from Builders Source. My husband installed our cooktop, but felt like we should have Builders Source install the hood vent. We were at the tail end of a kitchen renovation, and when they finally showed up to install our hood vent, the installer not only took a chunk out of our brand new backsplash because he used the wrong drill bit. but he also installed the duct work incorrectly, so instead of pulling the air up and out of the house, it pushes the air into our house and doesn't pull the air out. I called to complain about the issues we faced with the installation, and we didn't even get an apology. I will never do business with builders source again. Very disappointing because we like...
