Subway — Restaurant in Las Cruces

Whichever dude worked here by himself on 4/4/22 at around 7:45 pm, your a terrible employee who most likely contributes the the fact this Subway location has 0 customers. We came through the drive thru to find a sign saying Out of Order, no problem. We pulled up to order at the window. He made eye contact with us and left to the back, he did not come to the window. We tried calling, honking, and knocking to no avail. We turned off the car and heard pots and pans banging. He decided to do dishes while we were waiting to be seen. He finally comes to the window and asked how he can help us. We try to order a single sandwich and he says he can’t, drive tru is out of order. We ask why he can’t just ring us up. He claimed he needed an entire separate computer system…to ring us up at the window when the normal register and computer is 2 feet away. We drove off and...

3rd experience at this location and the service continues to be non impressive. Out of bread and veggies today and when I asked for fresh, instead of the less than a handful of wilted spinach at the bottom of the container I was ignored. Yummy wilted spinach to pick off my sub, thanks! I then recommended that they take a moment to restock to ensure each customer gets what they ask for and was told "we're the busiest Subway in town, it's hard to do so with so many customers." Note there was one person in line behind me and I'm certain she would have enjoyed fresh veggies as well. As a former subway employee, I had more work ethic as a stressed out high schooler than any of the girls working here. The three girls were all in the back laughing and didn't come to the counter for a while when I walked in. The one girl that took my order was very pushy and wanted me to hurry up my ordering process so she could go back to "B.S.ing" in the back with the others. But the first thing that I noticed when I walked in and left, was that the glass that is to be pulled down when not in use was not closed for the entire 30 minutes that I was in there.
