This was our first time there. We are new to Las Cruces, and haven’t gone in there because the area looked a little “sketchy”, but some new friends invited us to have dinner with them there, so we went. The inside was really small from what I could tell. There were 9 of us in our party, and there wasn’t a space big enough for us. They have an outdoor patio, but their heaters weren’t going, and it was freezing outside, so we ordered our pizza to go and headed across the street to Icebox brewery. They let us eat our pizza inside and we ordered drinks there, boy that’s for a different review. Anyway, the lady in the back throwing the pizza dough around looked to be having a ton of fun. At one point she came out to the lobby, and recognized a couple from a different job she used to waitress at (I believe) and she stopped and talked to them. She then noticed my husband and I sitting with no food and stopped to check on us. We told her we were still waiting for pizza and pasta and she went to the back, notified us of the progress and got it right out to us. She apologized for the delay, and wished us a great day. I told her I enjoyed watching her work, and how much I appreciated her taking notice that we had no food. Her customer service was absolutely amazing and the pizza (we got a BBQ Chicken and a Hawaiian) was just as amazing. I also got a penne (or maybe rigatoni) pasta with sausage and it was saucy, cheesy, and delicious! We live a little far from this place, but we would no longer hesitate to go back. It was 10x better (my husband and I both agree) than anything other pizza we have tasted so far...
Read moreMy wife and I enjoy the pizza and sandwiches at Valley Pizza, best place in town. You're bound to have bad experience at your favorite places on occasion, just don't take it personal I always say. I had a bad experience before with the cashier but let it go. Not this time. Three of us went for lunch at 2 pm Saturday, we ordered two sandwiches, a daily pizza special and a Supreme pizza. The Supreme was to take home. When the young man brought out our order, he had only one slice for the daily special. I asked not two slices, he said I'll check. My wife went in for napkins and she asked about the slice. He told her they were making the slice. I waited and waited, I finally went back in and the young lady at the counter said it was in the oven. Another 20 minutes went by, by this time we're waiting 40 to 45 minutes for a slice. I said let's go. Went back to the young lady and inquired where was the slice, did you make it, she said I'm not sure. 25 minutes ago I was told it was in the oven. Lie after lie. She said they can make it quick or the refund. It was just a 5 dollar special, I was not about to wait longer. I did not want a refund just honest service when I'm back I will speak with the owner and may revise this post, cuz we like ValleyPizza. Yes they were busy...
Read moreValley Pizza is by far the BEST Pizza place in Las Cruces. If you want to know what real pizza tastes like then you should try Valley Pizza. There is no other Pizza joint in town that makes authentic delicious New York style pizza. I’ve been eating at Valley Pizza since I was a Freshman at Mayfield High school in 2010 when it used to be across the street. They literally were the only reason I could eat lunch some days, so it’s a good local business. I made a big effort along with my friends when Mayfield Banned students from going there. I genuinely was ecstatic when I found out they moved locations rather than going out of business. I’ll tell you, this Pizza is consistently good. It doesn’t matter the time of day or what day it is, you’re going to get the same quality every time. Besides being my favorite Pizza places, this is one of my favorite restaurants PERIOD. Don’t order Dominos or Pizza Hut or any of that junk when you can get a way better pie for the same price if not cheaper than at those other places. No I wasn’t told to do this review, this isn’t fake, I’m genuinely a huge supporter and lover of pizza and I want as much people to...
