I would like to tell the owner Larry that this place racked me for 1st month $ 714 plus as to not informing of Deposits for kitchenette without a stove maids never cleaned mine prejudice TAKING ADVANTAGE OF HMHR PEOPLE stealing from senior citizens giving others priority 2nd month $823.50 ? FOR SAME PLACE HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN $100 us more for 3 weeks as I moved to another smaller room that when I checked out was $893. FOR OCTOBER. I WOULD GO TO THE MANGER THE ASSISTANT MANAGER THE OTHER EMPLOYEES ASK & I ALWAYS HAD A WITNESS TO VERIFY AS I AM THE HMHR PERSON NEVER COULD GIVE ME A ANSWER TO WHERE THE MONIES WHERE LIJE TAXES ROOMS ETC. JUST 1 FIGURE FOR MY ROOM & REST WAS PUT ON MY THERAPY LICENSED ANIMAL AT WHICH WENT UP EACH MONTH. I TOOK RECEIPTS TO MY CPA & MY LAWYER CALLED THE IRS THIS MATTER IS STILL IN PROGRESS. DO NOT GO ITS FULL OF DRUNKS, THE MAIDS DO NOT CLEAN, COPS THERE ALL THE TIME THE INSPECTORS WHERE ARE THEY. SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED!! Check in was a hassle (even with the reservation) receptionist was less than helpful. Unadvertised $35.00 deposit that takes days to put back on card. Upon check out I asked about the deposit return delay and the guy began yelling at me that he’s “not in charge of banking”… I walked off without arguing as he began to berate me how rude it is if me to walk off without signing my receipt?? I THOUGHT HE WAS GONNA FOLLOW ME TO THE PARKING LOT??! The room itself was ok, minimalistic, small tv, 1 switch to turn on everything in the bathroom area. (3 separate lights and 2 annoyingly loud fans for 1 switch??) Now don’t get me wrong… with the big chili out front I was expecting gimmicky, but not cheesy I would have been better off if I just stayed in the car!! This is a funny place to stop and take photos. Who doesn't want a photo with a giant papier-mâché-like bright red pepper? Don't forget to get a photo of it from far away with your face close like you're eating it, or get underneath it and act like you're holding it up, classic!
