Lowe's Market — Local services in Las Cruces

Wanted to pop in quickly before closing to get a single item. Was 10 minutes prior to closing. Couldn't find what I needed within 7 minutes so left with three minutes to spare. Found that the door was already locked. Rude old ugly guy snapped a snarky "get out" and gestured after I said thank you because he unlocked the door for me.

I get that it can be frustrating for customers to come in prior to closing and leaving long after the store has closed, but I was out of the store before closing time. I'm sure it must have sucked for him to actually do his job.

Prices are about double to triple what you can get anywhere else. The other reviews aren't wrong, the employees are extremely unprofessional and the prices are high.

I've come here quite a bit and have experienced rude employees in the past. I guess it just depends on who is working at the time. I usually love to come here for the convenience (which can definitely be worth the price increase imo) but the convenience just isn't worth dealing with belligerent disgruntled employees....

Sandra cashier is the worse, very disrespectful to customers. Don't allow her to checkout your groceries. After Sandra cussed at me at several visits, the manager Rudy Garcia refused to do anything about Sandra's extremely rude & disrespectful behavior. Sandra is so bad, I hear stories at work about alot of customers complaining about her. Sandra has a bad reputation with customers and management refuses to do anything about it. Was there a week ago, Used to be my favorite to go Local Market for many years, No More. Has turned into a Barrio Liquor store. They now even have an ice agent wanna be Security guy in black & masked harassing patrons. Employees and management have a gettho attitude and do not treat people as customers, they treat you as if THEY are doing us a favor... Sad sad sad.
