Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Las Cruces

Honestly I do like this place. BUT, last night I used doordash to order some ice cream for my family. Just something small nothing too complicated. I know there were 7 items. And yes it was 30 mins before close. We don't ever really do that but, it was just a pick me up for my family that we haven't had in a while. ANYWAY. Basically I placed the order, my kids are all excited my parents are happy, my brothers, husband you yet the point..quick pick me up. ONLY 2 mins after submitting the order. They call me. Mind you the lady who called kinda laughed and said they were out of a lot of items. She kept chuckling. She calls me and says " We are out of Coconut, Strawberry, Cherries Jubilee, Pistachio, Triple Mango, and Almond. Basically...it was Tuesday night...and you're telling me...you're out of some of the flavors I know people don't get a lot of? Strawberry and Pistachio maybe I get it. But everything else? I'm guessing because it was 30 minutes before close they just didn't want to make it. And honestly. I get it. But also it's your job. I also work a job where people come in 4 minutes before close and I STILL make their order, be polite, and do my job.

I'm just disappointed really. And on top of that....she couldn't issue the refund and told me I had to do it through doordash. SO on top of all this I now have to wait 5-7 business days for my refund. GREAT. I hope someone talks to the lady/ whoever else was working with her. Because you just be happy to have a job and just do it. Because we all do what we don't want to.

I’ve always loved BR in Las Cruces, super friendly staff and always willing to try something out of their comfort zone! I’ve been there before asking for a “crunchy caramel shake”, it’s something I used to get all the time in other countries’ BRs and while they admitted they had no idea what I was talking about they said they could try if I somewhat guided them through it! More recently I wanted a dinosaur shaped cake for my daughter’s birthday, needless to say they went above and BEYOND! Just to be sure I would like the cake they gave me TWO options to pick from, now I don’t know the name of the girl that made it but it was phenomenal! Way better than what I had in mind! 😂

All around good vibes from these guys, I hope they never lose their energy and spunk! 🥰 Thank you for helping make my daughter’s birthday that much...

This place is horrible. The staff is always in the worst mood like ur just scooping some ice cream? There’s never anyone else in there and today there was 3 girls working as soon as we come in 2 ran to the back the other girl just stared at us like she’s so bothered that she has to do her job. It’s so embarrassing like ur life is so horrible u have to scoop ice cream oh no!!! Lame experience and it’s always like this. Just close this place it’s trashed always and the staff is so lazy and bothered it’s so annoying. Ice cream is good tho tbh. Oh and also just got to cold stone instead they are usually nice more expensive but...
