Brides, think twice before trusting this florist with your bouquet.

I emailed and spoke with the owner about what I wanted for my bouquet. Some of the flowers I requested were either out of season or not ideal for bouquets, which I understand. However, when I shared my favorite flowers, I was told they were possible to include.

Later, when I asked for specific flowers, I was told they were "cheap" or lower-class flowers that they typically don’t use or carry. I made it clear that I still wanted them included regardless of her opinion, and she agreed.

But when I picked up my bouquet, none of the things I had asked for were included. None of my favorite flowers were there, and despite explicitly saying no pink, there was pink.

The bouquet was supposed to be ready for a 9 AM pickup, but it wasn’t. I even arrived 30 minutes after the agreed time, and it was still being made—my toss bouquet wasn’t even started. Because of the lost time waiting for them I didn't have time to wait around on them anymore nor did I really trust them to do right since they didn't on the first try.

During the wedding, one flower variety started losing its petals just 10 minutes after being out of water, and another was completely wilted within 30 minutes. Not only did they ignore my requests, but they also chose flowers that clearly couldn’t withstand the demands of a wedding day. A bouquet will be out of water, in photos, and moved around—this should have been considered.

After expressing my concerns, the shop made barely any effort to make things right. I was left with a bouquet that wasn’t what I wanted and looked wilted & rough in all my wedding photos, which will last longer than the sad bouquet I paid a...

I have never been so blown away by a floral arrangement in all my years on this earth. My partner lives in Australia currently and we are long distance. When he was here in February he stopped by this shop to arrange my birthday floral arrangement and was pleasantly surprised at how well the owner of the shop personally took care of every single detail. He wanted a wild flower bouquet (my favorite) and allowed Chenell (the owner) artistic liberty otherwise. She made the experience from beginning to end perfect. She hand delivered the arrangement to my home as my partner requested a later drop off time. And when I tell you that I am blow away by the freshness and uniqueness of the arrangement, even down the natural wood vase, that’s exactly how I feel. This will not be the last time by any means that we both work with this shop for many arrangements to come. The customer care was out of this world! Seriously Chenell me and Peter are so grateful....

When you're dealing with trying to comfort a dear friend during a tremendous loss, I would highly recommend using A Garden Floral! You can tell they are in the business of being of service!!! Chenell was excellent and I really appreciated her prompt responses, especially when I reached out after hours!

When I realized my friend was not going to be in town when the delivery was scheduled, I was most impressed with their flexibility. I was expecting that my request was too last minute. However, Chenell responded within minutes and reassured me she had changed the new delivery date.

My girlfriend was touched and sent a photo of the beautiful orchid arrangement that she placed near her beloved portrait.
