Nail Tech Li does not respect customers time. I finally decided to get my nails done so I try setting up an appointment she says she can do Wednesday morning I agree then she sends me 2pm, Im confused that's not morning she apologizes then sets me up for 12pm. She texts me to push back my appointment 15 minutes, ok np except when I get there at 12:15 she's no where to be found. I text her I'm here, she texts back ok. So I'm waiting, and waiting I text her again. Now at 12:25 she texts she's eating.... At my appointment time? I'm waiting for her to eat. She doesn't seem to value her customers time, something I like most of us have very little of. I left and texted her, she sent me a sparky broken English message about me not coming in over a year... Which part of you offer a service and set appointments for a reason. You should be there on time ready to go to work. Her prices are not cheap and I've never had an issue paying. But if you don't respect customers time you won't keep them. I certainly will NEVER do business...

I’m new to the centennial area of vegas and was in desperate need of a manicure! The front desk lady was helpful on asking around the shop for an available nail tech. They took me quickly and I was in and out within an hour. I had an acrylic overlay on top of my natural nail so I’m super appreciative I was not declined due to having previous work done somewhere else. Only constructive feedback to give is be sure you some other form of payment besides cash. If it weren’t for Zelle I would have been screwed because I wasn’t aware they don’t...

I would not recommend this place to anyone! Not only are the stylists rude, but they also don’t give you what you’ve asked for. Apparently they just freestyle here and you’re expected to be okay with it! So unbelievable! And don’t even bother trying to get management involved because it’ll be for nothing. It’s great that you “stand by your stylists” but if a person isn’t happy with their service, maybe you should consider a refund! Steer clear of this place unless you feel like playing Russian roulette...
