Timbers Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Let me start with the good/great parts of our afternoon. Me and by girlfriend came in for a couple of cocktails,and some food. Our waitress was Valentina and she was amazing.Towards the end of our visit we were chatting(closing out with our waitress Valentina) when who seemed to be the manager walked up behind her and rudely cut into our conversation to ask her who the food that he had in his hands belonged to?!?! First of all knowing about the restaurant business I know everything gets a ticket so he should have known where the food was going. He acted like he was upset that she was chatting with us which is a part of her job and it wasn't like she was busy at that time with other tables, I think she must have had 2 or 3 tables including us. Just because we were done eating doesn't mean that she should ignore us and after we closed out I decided to have another drink. We were made to feel uncomfortable as was the waitress but she kept it professional and maintained a positive attitude. The food was great service was indescribably amazing... Management needs improvement on how they treat their employees especially when nothing was wrong and in front of the patrons. Went out with a group of coworkers. We all ordered and waited. Everyone got their food except two of us that had ordered our burger lettuce wrapped in place of the bun. We waited and waited and after everyone had finished their food the waitress came out to tell us that there was a misunderstanding on what we wanted. The cook didn't understand what lettuce wrapped meant and had put the burger in a tortilla warp. When our food came out it was all cut up like you would for a child and place between two leaves of lettuce, the fries were cold and limp and it looked gross. We told the waitress that we would not except the food and did not wish to order anything else as everyone in our party had eaten. She took the food back to the kitchen and later came out and stated "she had taken the meals off the bill" in a way that made it sound like we should have paid for the food when we didn't get to eat. Not at all happy with this Timbers, no manager came out to see if there was a problem or offer us anything. ...

Based on other reviews that I read I wanted to visit this place and it was not a disappointment. Friendliness from the second you enter. We went two days in a row and both days staff was friendly, food was great and prices reasonable. New favorite spot. Edit (7 months later): We have been treated in a way that has made us feel discriminated against not once, not twice but about 4 times now. It's sad because from the second we enter there's the looks and whispers from THE staff. We thought we were just being paranoid but after a few times of it happening, we realized we weren't. We've had Rachel a couple of times and she ALWAYS looks miserable like she hates her job. Or maybe just us for whatever reason. She served me my drink in a smaller cup and when I ordered my second drink from our new serve8r (because Rachel ditched us) it was it the big glass that it typically comes in but yet i was charged the same price, hmm. Anyways this sucks because we like coming here but they...
