Beware! order Items separately. Price Guarantee is misleading. Don't get me wrong the staff, shipping and products are all great. Now follow my guidelines and you could save yourself some money. The price guarantee will cover up to $200 in any year, with a claim per transaction up to $100. This is why you should order separately. I purchased two radios and lots of other pieces in one transaction, there was a price drop on both my radios in the 30 day period. I put my claim in. $100 for one radio is being credited to my paypal account and I appreciate that, but my other radio had a price drop of $70 and I did not get that as it was on the same transaction. So you see, had I purchased my products separately which would have cost a lot more in shipping for Gigaparts I would have been another $70 better off today. So all you prospective purchasers once you are ready to order multiple items and reach the free shipping level of $99 stop and process your transaction, then carry on with a new order and do the same again, admittedly you will be receiving multiple shipments and costing Gigaparts a lot more in packaging and shipping charges but you will personally not be out of pocket if multiple items on your order have a price drop within your 30 day purchase time. An update on my experience, as I stated above the staff are great and this is certainly true, they have gone above and beyond my expectations to resolve this little problem. I am now a very happy customer and have no hesitation in recommending and doing all my Ham shopping...

What an Awesome Online Experience! I am remarkably impressed by GigaParts. I just placed an online order for something the other guys do not stock. Their website made it easy to confirm the product I needed was in stock, and the price was great. I placed my order at 11:32 a.m., instantly received an email from GigaParts confirming the order, and I received confirmation on my UPS account that GigaParts had already printed a label for my order – at 11:55 a.m. That is amazing! The Las Vegas GigaParts store has my product in stock, and so does the Huntsville store. UPS estimates I will have my product here in San Diego tomorrow. Great price, excellent service, fast...

I was told about this store and how good it is. Passed it on the road once, small sign on the billboard. Went inside andbit looked good but very small. Had products up and running which was nice. I was asked if I needed help but I declined because I just wanted a single antenna for my hand radio. I didn't see it anywhere so I ordered it online.

Pro: staff was friendly. Wasn't packed with people like me so I had plenty of space to look and pick up items.

Con: not a huge selection of stuff instore. I should have asked for help to find stuff but I'm too proud.
