I decided to come check this place out since it was a new spa place and they also had a promotion on their website for 20% off all services. Scheduling the appointment was fairly easy online through their website. Sunday March 9, 2025 I looked to see what openings they had and to my surprise they had lots of openings so I went and scheduled for Friday March 14, 2025 and chose female 1 for the massage. I arrived a bit early at 9:55am to check in and incase I needed to fill any paperwork. To my surprise no paperwork was needed to sign but instead I was asked to pay for the service upfront. When I first booked my appointment I had scheduled for the special promotion which was for 1hr of massage and 1 hr of scalp treatment for $125. When I walked in the lady at the front who also happened to be my masseuse told me that it was $150 for today. I told her no I was under the impression it was $125, because that was the fee on their website. She said no that promotion ended February 28, 2025 but that she had extended it 10 more days. I told her well the website and online booking needed to be updated then. She said well come to the room. I told her again I'm only getting the service if it's $125. She said fine only this time only. She stepped out to call someone about the fee. I went ahead and got ready for the massage. I found it odd that the door had a window on it which I felt like there was no privacy. I also noticed the ceiling had a big hole on the upper left of the room. She later came in and asked me what pressure would I like? I told her medium not to rough. I don't know what made her dig her elbows into my body. The massage was very rough and I did let her know again to please go softer and she laughed. During the massage she kept coming in and out of the room multiple times to see who was at the front. She left the door open the whole entire time I was getting my service. Her coworkers also kept coming in and out the room asking her questions. The phone also ranged and she answered it while doing me the massage. It was super difficult to relax when you can hear all the commotion outside. Through out the massage I felt super cold. I did not like how she removed the entire sheet below the bottom of my back and massaged my body with cold lotion. When I was done with the massage we moved into the scalp treatment. She said wow your hair is super dry. She mentioned your going to need an extra mask for your hair and will cost $10 extra dollars. I told her that was fine however the "extra mask" was literally just a second round of conditioner. Once I was done with both services she told me to change and to follow her to the next room. I got up to close the door as she left it open when she left. As I was about to change she decided to look through the window the door has I told her through the window I was changing. She then opens the door and says come to the next room I said well I need to change. I hurried and change and went to get my hair dried. She then proceeds to dry my hair and due to time she left it half wet. My hair looked crazy leaving the place. As I was walking out to pay, her coworkers come and they all start discussing in their language and looked at me. I said okay I'm ready to pay. She goes on to say well it's going to be $125+$10 for extra mask +$5 for using their card machine. I decided to give her 0 dollars of tip because the experience itself was just awful. She seemed surprised she didn't get anything. The entire thing just felt like a joke to her. I did not feel relax and I felt that due to the massage being $125 her performance was pretty sh**ty. I personally would not recommend this place. I will leave the photos of the proof where on their website showed the promotion fee of $125 and on the online booking it also said the promotion fee of $125. She made me feel like I was lying about the fee even when I showed her my phone with the appointment details and she was upset she had to honor the fee. Guys just be careful some of these places do not care about their customers only...
Read moreService was subpar. Massages were mediocre, and they ran out of hot water during the head spa.
I booked the Mother's Day special (1 hr massage & 45 min head spa) for my MIL and myself and right when we got in we were asked to sit and wait. (We arrived at 2, weren't in the massage rooms until 2:30. Our massages weren't even at the same time as they overbooked themselves.)
My massage finally started around 2:35, 35 mins behind schedule. My masseuse wasn't even the one who started my massage, it was the front desk lady. While starting my massage she left her phone on the massage table and it started to go off.... And then she put the voicemail on speaker (prob an accident but still killing the relaxing vibe)
When my actual masseuse finally came in i was already less than satisfied. She was nice enough, however the massage was definitely lacking. My massage was cut very short. did not get the full hour... kind of a joke as they were already late to getting started and they decided that they would cut our service time. During the head spa it was quite relaxing but towards the end there was no hot water which was upsetting... i didn't really enjoy a cold rinse lol.
With that being said my start time was close to 2:40 and i got dressed and was out of the room by 3:52. (Which btw what they advertised i wouldn't have been finished until around 4:25)
While going to check out the woman at the front was quite rude. (She even complained about how many spritzes the servicer used in my mother in laws hair for the blow dry) I asked to tip 20% on my total bill and she looked at me as if that wasn't enough Like it was my fault that they had a b1g1 promotion going on so the service provider wouldn't be paid if i didn't tip double. Didn't want to make it a scene so i just paid and left.
Will never be returning or...
Read moreTried this head spa as a gift for Mother’s Day as they were running a special. Came with my mom today and service was great. We came in and started our massage which was fantastic. They put us together in a room with nice lights. After the massage, our scalp treatment began. Pretty standard stuff with the shower head and nicely scented products. It was very relaxing.
The only problem I have with these types of services is that they make you feel so awkward with the tipping. The cost of the service was $140. I always give 20% in cash to the people that provided the service. So I hand the ladies each $20 so total $40 which is roughly 30% tip for the service. The front desk ladies says “um 4 people worked on you” I was shocked that this was even a thing that was said. So am I supposed to give 4 people each $20 as tip bringing the tip total close to the service total!? I stood my ground and said that will be my tip. Just made an overall pleasant experience weird and uncomfortable at the end. These places should pay their workers correctly out of the service charges not expect the customer to carry salaries with tips & TIPPING is an extra voluntary thing. Unless I am wrong with a 30% tip on the total of the service.
Pleasant experience due to the ladies/gentleman that provided the service but not sure I would be back due to the bad tipping culture these places have. I don’t know anywhere else I go to where 30% tip...
