Rude and very unprofessional. I went in with my roommate to renew our SNAP and Medicaid. The lady at the check-in was rude and rolled her eyes at us. When we got called up on the intercom, we were called up in Spanish (neither of us speak Spanish), and when we got to our booth, they had placed us with a Spanish-speaking woman that we could barely understand. They only assigned me to that lady's booth because one of my last names is Hernandez, so they assumed I spoke Spanish because of my last name??? That caught me off guard. Next thing you know, our caseworker kept calling over her supervisor to the point where her supervisor was the one helping us the entire time. I overheard them talking about having a gathering for their employees at the back to eat spaghetti, and they ended up kicking us out and telling us they have a "meeting," as if we didn't just hear them say they're going to go have spaghetti. How ridiculous! They said they'd call us back and they haven't. She didn't bother to check my work hours and put that I make a lot more than I actually do. She put me down as full-time and told me I'm "probably not eligible for benefits." My rent is $1300, and I make $1400 a month, and I have other bills to pay. What does she mean by "not eligible"? My roommate is disabled and can't work, and she just told him to "get a job" instead. She ended up revoking my medical insurance and said she'd "get back to me," but she never called me or my roommate back. He is 21, and the caseworker and her supervisor went to the back, thinking we couldn't hear them talking about him behind his back regarding his age. Even to our faces, she was condescending and treated him specifically like he doesn't know anything because, and I quote, "he's just a kid." They discriminated against him for his age. I don't like how we were rushed out the door over spaghetti....

The old elderly african american tall slim man toy cop that sits at the desk when you first walks in is EXTREMELY RUDE & MEAN ! & Expects you to not have a comeback when he gives you a smart sarcastic answer . (my wife has also notice how rude he is in the past). He looks down at the people who is actually in there for assistance After getting into it with a woman this evening he told her his job pays him 29$ an hour and they in their basically calling her and her daughter poor the woman had some good come backs and told him that shes going to report him for his actions and i believe I will be doing so as well. I've been to this location with my wife before and seen this guy actually on his phone with a friend just chilling and relaxing sitting on his behind (like the young lady that the woman was with today said) and also sleeping on the job ! ... like really? Is that what your 29$job pays you to do is to sleep instead of securing the place like you're supposed to be doing in the first. But once the lady brought up some interesting facts he had the audicity to start being nice to people who came up to the desk after the altercation and started walking around pretending as if he was doing something . Smh like no . And also likes to joke and laugh about it behind the counter with the other associates as if itd a joke and funny as we...

This is the MOST RACIST facility I've ever been to. I was translating for a client and Knew this individual's case. did NOT sense any kind of assistance or give options on how this family can be assisted for a family of 10. This "case worker" who I believe should be trained properly for customer service since threaten MY CLIENT stating if she isn't telling the truth about the food stamps she would have to pay it all back. Documents are proof and pay stubs are proof what else does she need? Bank account and identification ?? What is this? The IRS? The Social Security Administration? I see others give False information? yet they get more help more Food stamps and riding a 2022 brand new vehicle? Make it make sense? we have here a hard-working family trying to bring FOOD to the table not like others selling their Food stamps at Walmart located on lake mead near rancho. you can't get those people right? this is one pathetic Facility.
