Coffee was wonderfull as usual and the staff is very pleasant. 😊 But the location is TERRIBLE! Talk about starting off your morning stressed out!😓 Especially if it's around 7:00am because of several reasons. 🤔 1.) Heavy traffic - people trying to get to work & even though there is a traffic light on that corner cars constantly block the intersection making it hard for other cars to turn in or turn out of that street. 😡 2.) There is a West Preparatory Academy located just a bit behind it so there's lots of teenagers crossing the streets in and out of traffic & at their own pace as well as in Starbucks parking lot. 😕 3.) Once you're in the parking lot & you have your coffee, trying to get out may take a whole different strategy due to the size and access of the lot. You can get stuck there for a while because customers block the exit with their cars while they try to keep their "POLE POSITION" in line to place their own order. 😤 4.) I witnessed 3 cars that after making the left turn at the light where they more then likely sat through the light sequence 2 or more times to make the turn, get up to the entrance to go to Starbucks but they were lucky enough to flip u turn's & avoid everything because the parking lot was too packed and nasty to even attempt go in. 🤗 FYI, the police could make Bookoo money just off of the citations they could issue at that light alone with all the traffic violations being broken &...
Read moreVery poor service. I always go to another location because the lack of bubbly customer service at this location. However, today I decided to grab gift cards for my staff for Christmas. It's 4:00am no one in the drive in line. This young lady decided to act as if I was not at the drive through window. We I finally asked were they open and went to the drive in box. She kept referring to me as "girl, and hun". I am over 50yrs old and don't want to be referred to as "girl or Hun." I found the young lady to be sarcastic and rude. Starbucks customer service is usually exceptional. However this young lady was not Starbucks quality. Because of this person, I will never go to Starbucks again. I have decided to get coffee elsewhere. I am so upset that customer service has become not a priority, when we clearly spend a lot of money for one cup of coffee. To the managers who run that store " if you don't have customers you don't get paid, teach them to treat customers like they want to be treated, when they spend money at your store." Please understand, our community workers spend their money for the coffee but after awhile someone will protest as to how you treat our community. Read moreBad experience here. I'm always happy to go to Starbucks. The workers are usually nice. This location had rude workers. The girl who took my order sounded like she didn't want to be there. I felt rushed when giving my order. When we went to the window she was not nice at all and kept her same rude monotone voice and was like here ....gave me my straws then again same for my drinks n then again for my napkins n walked away. Then a different girl came up and handed me my other drink, and she didn't say much at all, but she at least wasn't as bad as the previous chick. I'll never go to this location again. If you don't want to be there don't go to work or find a different job. Starbucks is a happy place that gives good service, but this location...NO. I've never been so turned off from Starbucks before. I'd rather drive out of my way or be late than to go to this...
