El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Las Vegas

This is Ben's wife: I really like El Pollo Loco, I got there and get the same thing everyday. They make a delicious sauce called creamy cilantro dressing. I was extremely upset that they forgot my sauce at my last visit. I told my husband to check the bag and to make sure the sauce was in the bag. He decided to peek in the bag and not actually check, thinking you guys would do your job and of course we got home and the sauce was not in the bag. I could hardly finish my dinner and my husband and I got into a huge fight because he lied to me and said the sauce was in the bag when he didn't even check. Thankfully I had sour cream and other things I through together at home, otherwise we probably would still not be talking to each other. Do your job and put the sauce in the bag! I kept giving this location chance after chance after chance and every time I was let down so no more chances. I will say that they are consistent but not in a positive way. Every time my food would be almost cold and tasted old to the point that i couldn't finish eating it. I understand it's fast food but this is the only location that seems to be this bad consistently. And this has been going on for MONTHS maybe even close to a year. I like going to Pollo Loco for fast food as there aren't too many options for grilled chicken. That is why I kept giving this location a chance and going back. Also because it's the closest one to where I live but from now on I'm going to the East Lake Mead location. I just finished eating a burrito from there and it tasted great unlike the garbage I've received...

They never have there wing dinner. I like that and it's frustrating. Service is ok. Is almost like they are annoyed at the dinner thru, they seem to rush you and when they are out of something, sometimes you need a minute to think, your can hear there annoyance, in the voice. I went to the window and they didn't have soda carriers. So I said I didn't want the sodas because they were gonna spill. They were not happy with me, but wher am I gonna put 4 soda cups? I think it should be an apology not , fine I will get the manager. How about I get chips or something? Give me your card I will refund you.
