I am revising my review from 2 years ago. The restaurant got a new manager and had vastly improved and I was happy with all of their employees except 1. She is an absolute vapid clueless attitude based moron. She has been working there for a few years now (real stupid on management's part). She always has her dark hair up in a bob, reddish tint, light skin. 2 times now she has taken my order which seemed fine, no attitude detected on the speaker, then at the window she does everything BUT open the window to collect money and distribute food. She makes you wait 10+ minutes or more either completely ignoring you or glaring at you. If she is busy with other duties she could at least open the window and collect the damn money and ask you nicely to park but no she would rather let you sit there getting pissed off and forming a long line behind you and also pissing off everyone behind you for NO reason. Of course I drove away both times. They dont deserve my business acting like this.
I had politely made management FULLY aware of this after the first time she did it. She wasn't at the window for a week after that and the manager, a nice young man had assured me she had been talked to and it wouldn't happen again and I had about 6 good visits after that without issue. He also told me there had been many other complaints about her (duh, how many ruined meals does it take to let her go?) but Friday this wretched loser did it again the first chance she gets back at the window.
Don't be at a drive thru window and refuse service or ignore paying customers. This is one of those things that is so obvious and so basic it should never have to be said. The woman needs serious counseling and to lose her job, not in that order. Until then she deserves customers screaming in her stupid rude face. She has no right to use her position at that window to trap and punish paying customers. I trusted the manager to solve the problem for good and he didnt.
She has also offered slow and rude service at the counter in the past.
Manager: How dare you force a regular and loyal customer like me to deal routinely with a malcontent you know has repeatedly mistreated customers. You have violated my rebuilt trust and I will now tell all 300 or so employees where I work not to go there.

Read moreThe service was super slow. The server took my order and then proceeded to ignore me for 15 minutes. When I asked what was happening she explained that there were a lot of people at the drive through. The first order from there actually came in after mine. I had wanted to get something from the El Pollo next door as well but by then it had already closed so since I was already waiting for my food I added something to my order. She came and rudely took my card and rung up the additional. 5 minutes after that the person making the order asked me what is was that I wanted. I had been standing there for 25 minutes by this time and I asked if he was serious. She shouted my order to him and he said it was never on his screen. He apologized to me and said he would refund me and make the meal free. She argued with him and said that it was my fault because I ordered something else even though they'd never even made my original order. He then asked if I wanted everything on my burrito I explained that I didnt want anything spicy and he agreed to do that. He made my food she put it on the counter close to me without a word and that was that. No refund, nothing else. Read morePlaced a drive thru order on 9/6 at 6:15pm which included a burger combo, fiesta pack all hard shell tacos and chicken tacos. Was asked to wait up front didnt realize I wasn't given a receipt. 20mins later another car pulls up get out, door was locked even though sign says dining open. Server comes out with order hands it to her. The order had a fiesta pack, bag but no drink so figured may not been mines, 10mins later I go back to drive through to ask about my order. Was told server was on his way to front with attitude. Once car ahead of me pulled off was told food was at window but was asked to pull back and then pull up to window again Couldn't get a reason I think they had the nerve that I should be treated like a Karen even though this whole fiasco took 45mins before pulling off and the only part of order that was correct was the drink. No chicken tacos, burger or fries, and all taco weren't hard got soft beef tacos. I felt if I went back again to complain about my incorrect order they would've spat in my food.
