Had a horrible experience went to this Dollar General to purchase some items when I had got to my car I realized something wasnât adding up. I feel like I was overcharged when I checked the receipt I was overcharged and when I went back to the store to get it fixed, the cashier was still cutting me short on money. At that point, she was super rude I had told the cashier to just void everything and even when she did the full refund, she was still cutting me short money. when I laid the money out in front of her that she gave me, she still seemed confused along with the manager and refused to give me my full refund. The manager already wasnât happy that he had to come back a second time to help her out. I was there for about an hour. They still couldnât figure it out until the end. They were finally able to and gave me all my money.    Read moreThird month residing in North Las Vegas Nevada from Southern California. This store is less than a mile from my new resident so I often walk. From day one, my experience with shopping (prices), availability of items & staff have been *A1(the best).
Today I experienced true pride and dedication this General Dollar has for it's customers and I am grateful. After checkout I retrieved my bags and headed out. Upon returning home, I realized I must have left a third bag which contained my very reason for going meats. I returned to the store immediately with my receipts and explained to the cashier whom provided me with service; though she expressed belief of me retrieving all my items, I simply asked for a manager.
